New management is awesome, manager Shannon is what we needed. The outside units and property seem clean and pest free. The outside could use some maintenance potholes need attention and some fresh paint would be nice!

The manager is great! Works hard with little to no help. Needs some help in the office but the manager handles what he can on his own. Secure location and property is for the most part clean and from what I could tell pest free which has been an issue with other facilities I have worked with.

Getting a unit was fast and pretty easy did everything online set up all my info and what unit size I needed and within a day I was able to get my unit and move my stuff in. Everything was done online which which made things a breeze. Upon getting a place and needed to discontinue service I just popped in the office and they looked my account up told me what I needed to do upon departure and that was it very quick and easy.. would definitely use again if I need to. I have no complaints on my my experience with renting a unit with them.

Update Oct 2023: I am using their space for the second time. The whole process was done online, no need for offices or attendants. I was able to check into my unit immediately after paying online, with ZERO human interaction. Quite efficient and impressive! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review 2018: I am leaving 5 stars because I like this place. Their prices are lowest in town; save your time and effort! Stephanie, the property manager, is so sweet and helpful. She will do anything to meet your storage needs. She goes way beyond customer service! I highly recommend this place.

Renting here was a better experience than renting storage units from other well known chains like uhaul!! The Lady there (Ashley) made it very easy and helped me with all the necessary knowledge that made very smooth and simple.

I relocated to Indianapolis and needed a storage unit. SecurCare was able to accommodate my needs. The store reps Ashley W. and Stacy H both have excellent customer service skills with a smile they walked me through the process with ease. I will recommend others to use this location.

Needed a storage asap. They were the only storage in the area to have a real person answer the phone. Ashley and Stacy answered all of our questions and we were treated with respect both over the phone and in person. We rented a clean space and the process was smooth. They even sold me a lock and had box tape there too...how convenient!! Would recommend!

Great prices rentals are not that expensive good customer service willing to work with you especially during the pandemic

I was called right away and i rented the unit over the phone. I was able to go that evening and secure my unit and then i went back the next day to sign paperwork. It worked out really well especially since it's so hard to try and get stuff done in the middle of the day.

Although I wish this property had more camera's the property manager is extremely helpful, dependable accurate and professional. I truly feel that she is the only reason I stay at this location. I would give them over all four stars.

For a storage it is average: there are several sizes available but at better prices than I had seen on the westside. What makes this place really nice is the lady that runs it. Ms. Prudence is funny and sweet. She really is "good people".

I was happy with my storage unit. The employees are nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. I never had any problems getting into the gate. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I had an indoor unit and all the light bulbs were burnt out except one. So it was dark in the hallway. Other than that everything else was good and you can’t beat the price per month compared to other places.

We have had a number of units over the years that have included red hot summers, floods, polar vortices, and ice storms and have had no problems, our stuff is safe and dry. The office provides good and prompt service and keeps the facility clean and presentable.

Well where do I start....Ive been trying to write this review for almost a week now and finally got the chance to today....I had to amazing (handsome Lol insider) Reps by the names of David and Greg. whom I can honestly say were great...they had great costomer service, great attitudes, and this Extra Storage Space has great prices! Even on one of the most stressful days (they had no internet for the whole morning) nothing changed...still great customer service and great attitudes. I've been renting with Extra Space for awhile now. Dave set me up and has offered great customer service ever since. When I needed to get into my unit through the winter, he shoveled snow to give me better access to my unit. All around the service has been great and I would recommend this location.
