It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We only needed the storage unit for two months. Renting the storage unit was quick and easy. I had signed up online for Tiffin location and the system automatically directed me to Iowa city. I was contacted by the Tiffin manager Casey immediately to inform me that there was a glitch in the system, and my reservation for Tiffin was intact. Any questions through email were answered immediately; when I would arrive, Casey was always there in the office ready to help. 100% will always use this location for my storage needs!

I used Moove In to store my things in the time between moving out of my old apartment and into my new apartment. This location in Tiffin is very close to Iowa City and Coralville still, but is a bit further away from the busy areas, so it is easy to get to the property and into your unit. The property was clean and well-maintained, my unit was exactly as described and was in good condition, and Casey was easily accessible when I was moving in and moving out. I had no issues and will definitely choose Moove In again if I need a storage unit in the future!

We started using this location for storage in 2019 as part of a move into town. We also had another move that required temporary storage of almost our entire home so we had 3 units for a while. Recently we finished all our moves and settled enough to clear out our final remaining unit. The units and buildings are all clean and well maintained. Casey has been wonderful to work with during our whole stay. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing temporary or long term storage.

This is a good storage, clean, safe, and temperature-controlled. The staff is kind and professional. I am giving four stars instead of five because during my stay Management changed and all unit prices increased. In addition, insurance now is not optional as it was in previous management.
One of our family members had a devastating fire but many personal property items were damp, smoky, and salvageable. I was able to make emergency arrangements with Casey at the Tiffin Move In Self Storage to secure contents prior to demolition of the structure. I am a lifelong resident of Johnson County. I move a lot and often need storage. My experience with Quality Care Storage has been fantastic. Lately, I decided to try their new location in Tiffin. This location is tops and has new climate-controlled units that can be accessed directly from curbside. This makes for a very convenient move in and out. In addition, moving trucks would have a very easy drive in and drive out. I was told that this place is semi-truck friendly which is a first in this area. Their prices are very reasonable and their staff are very helpful. Thanks Brandon for being an outstanding representative of Quality Care! I was also impressed with their policy of providing tamper-resistant locks when renting a unit. This makes for a safe, worry-free experience. They also have moving boxes if the need arises, Kiosks for automated checkouts during out of business hours. Lastly, they have drop off stations for Goodwill which makes for a very convenient pathway for shedding unneeded items in your possession rather than sending them to the trash. Peace!
