Christine is a wonderful property manager for your company. She always is pleasant to be around very knowledgeable and I appreciate her very much.

Always very nice and when I’m in my unit and she is out on the lot she always stops to see if all is going good.

I storage is the best storage place by far never going to public storage again.

Was very pleased with the respect and curiosity I received when showing up late with my payment... The clerk was very helpful and understanding with my situation... ------------Previous Post--------- Kristina, at istorage, was friendly and helpful. She was great to deal with. The only thing we strongly dislike about dealing with calling on the phone is that you want to be able to call for someone locally to talk to.The process you have to go through an automated system, and then you get people from another country to answer your calls, make payments, etc. I so miss having things done here locally not to have to be vetted through a phone system from foreign countries when you can have a person to speak to locally and face to face. Kristina was helpful and kind when we came into the office the second day. Istorage is short staffed. I hope they give Kristina the much needed help she deserves and hopefully a raise since she's flying solo. ✈

I have to say that this is probably one of the best storage units I have personally used. They are affordable.. There is an on site employee 24/7 and ive never had to question the security of my property while it's being stored here. Christina has been nothing but awesome to me since day one. Every time I come in to pay she's very easy to talk with and I love How she Sincerely cares and is always willing to work with me. 5 stars for sure!

I haven't talked to anyone at the facility itself. Completed the rental online, bought a padlock on the way there, found my unit easily and unloaded my van. The agent's name that assisted me was Louis, I believe. He was great. Answered all my questions about terms and prices. Felt very confident I was treated honestly without any gimmicks or vagueness. Made me aware of promo that was available and offered to set my account up for auto pay which I accepted. I needed the unit due to housefire that completely gutted out home on 12/30/22. Consequently I was somewhat stressed out and thankfully was fortunate enough to get someone very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I don't know who Melissa is. I haven't talked to anyone at the facility as I already stated, just the agent on the phone.

It WAS the best place around to store stuff you don't get into very often. Over the last couple of years, rate increases are almost the norm, the property isn't as well kept up as it used to be and, the last couple times I went, there were people wandering around (didn't see a vehicle anywhere close). I'm hoping this is all temporary issues that are being dealt with.

I like the security of renting from I-Storage. Reba has been a great help whenever I've had any issues I needed help with. My only suggestion would be to please give discounts for multiple units rented.

My experience with iStorage South Wichita was friendly and welcoming. Both the senior manager and the onsite Manager, Sheila, made me and my sons feel welcome. Sheila was friendly and communicative even if the news wasn't good. She shared price information and payment methods and helped me understand my responsibilities. When I moved out I came out 2 hours before quitting time and it wasn't enough. She allowed us to stay a bit later and even checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She would have been perfectly within her authority to ask us to come back Monday.

These guys are the best! Sheila goes above and beyond to help. Great experience and would highly recommend!

well, the staff was really helpful in everything. My main complaint is that when they changed ownership I was unable to get ahold of anyone to pay my bill.. so I lost everything I had in storage there (my financial situation had changed a bit and I couldn't come up with the 300$ bill all at once) so. my only advice would be make sure you can get there in person to pay your bill! (although I'm sure that's all squared away now).. so for service personal 4 stars! for reliability a 1 (i'd give a 0 but that's not an option)

Awesome place

Highly recommend. Great prices, great management and convenient location right off of highway 2-35. Before finding StorageMart I called 4 or 5 other companies and I was shocked by how much better the pricing was here and how much more helpful and friendly the manager Wendy was. I saved around 30% - 40% on my monthly rate plus got the first month for $20. On top of that the manager threw in a brand new cylinder lock and key plus gave me the unit 2 weeks early! Very happy. Highly recommended. Considering taking out a 2nd unit there as I'm writing this review. Good luck! Hope this helps.
