Great experience and front desk support!

I’ve rented units at this location several times, as well as another iStorage location in town. I would choose this location over others for a number of reasons, such as great prices and unit options, security, easy access, and exceptional customer service from Reva. She recently saved the day when I immediately needed a larger unit than the one I’d rented. I was already on site with a moving van and hired movers with me, and she was able to quickly swap my unit to accommodate the extra space I needed.

Walked right in and stated my needs. Reva immediately responded and we were on a golf cart pronto looking at units. Done pretty fast with lock and all. 🤩

The manager, Reva, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Unit was clean and the size I needed.

Great secure facilities, Reva was very helpful to accommodate my movers and their large vehicle(s). Definitely recommend !

I needed 2 storage units immediately due to moving van being late and my house was sold. iStorage was able to get me setup in a matter of minutes. Their phone support was amazing and pleasant to work with. They even stayed on the phone to help me pick the 2nd unit near the first. The next day I found a new mover and iStorage refunded my money since I didn’t use the units yet. If I ever need storage again, I will absolutely use iStorage!

I needed a small space to store boxes between moves. I tried to reserve it online but it didn’t seem to go through. I drove to the office and Mrs. Reva had me and out in less than 20 minutes. This is my second time renting at this location.

Reva helped me out yesterday with resolving a credit that hadn’t hit my account. She resolved my issue and has always taken care of me when I have had issues.

The property manager Reva is a Star!!! She took me around to the unit sizes I was interested in and while doing so, explained how the unit grounds were taken care of , how the gates were coded upon entering and exiting , what the hours that management were open and that the hours of your storage unit were different than management. She was very , very patient , very well versed in writing up my contract and all about the lock , showed me how to use it . She was/ is very proud of this storage facility. She works very hard to keep it fine tuned and seems to enjoy all that goes with it. It is also extremely clean and neat looking inside and out. Very courteous. We need more like her, please!!!! Thank you, Reva for taking care of my questions and my storage unit!

Our storage unit isn’t at this location but our site we are at was closed early due to staffing issues and I reached out to this location and the agent on staff R. Powers was so helpful and Reached out to a manager and got permission to come to the location where we were at so that we could pay our monthly storage fee, I can’t say enough great things about her and it was greatly appreciated❤️❤️

My parents house was severely damaged from the Andover tornado on 4/29/22 and without knowing what’s next. I started to make plans. I searched for storage units to take my parents items that could not stay in the house. iStorage came up in my online search. I was able to book everything online with all the instructions with no issues. We found out the restoring service crew working on the house was going to pack and take everything to their service crew storage. I had no idea storage was going to included with the post clean up. I called iStorage and asked them if I could cancel my reservation/lease that I signed up for two nights before. The iStorage customer service was outstanding. If I ever need a storage space in the future, I would definitely come back to iStorage. :)

I started the process online but the rental agreement form was frozen/not reading my signature so I called the help line and they were very kind and helpful told me I could just sign in store and assured I would get the same price and promo as I found online. Got to the office and the woman was very friendly and showed me to my unit. All around great experience so far.

First time renting a storage unit. I tried to rent a unit online initially, but was unable to complete the necessary paperwork online, I called the 800 number and they weren't able to help, so I had to physically go to the facility to finish it. Staff were very friendly, excellent senses of humor, and helpful. The units are clean and affordable.

Reva was incredibly helpful and sweet with helping my husband and I on our adventure in finding a storage unit for all of our stuff! The facility is nice, clean and well maintained, as we can see. :)

The person who owns this location is great. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Additionally she had some good advice to give. The only downsides are the digital communication offered by iStorage is pretty bad and the rate increases. Phone calls are not always answered and it is difficult to get ahold of anyone but this is likely a corporate issue. The increases in rates is to be expected as everything seems to be getting more pricey but they kinda dropped it on me today, my first day moving in, that my monthly was immediately going up next month.

She had the forms ready to sign so I could do things quickly. Really like that there is indoor storage for household items so they aren’t baking in the Kansas heat. Very clean & organized. Highly recommend this storage company.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, units are well lit, clean, and my stored items looked as good when I took them out as when I put them in. I followed their advice to cover the floor with a tarp, which was important because when I moved everything out there was a little water under the tarp that apparently had come up through the cement floor.

The manager is a very nice sweet lady! Staff was always helpful- I got reminders of my upcoming bill. And a polite phone call if I was late. Any info I passed to them, they did note on my account so I didn't have to repeat myself to other people. My unit was located in a climate controlled secure building. I never worried about weather or vandals ruining my property. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Well maintained and managed facility. The staff is always helpful and professional. The reason I moved out is because the rental rate jumped by approximately $80 a month.

I worked directly with Angie, the on-site property manager. She was extremely pleasant to work with, always smiling. I needed a storage unit for an eviction and wasn't sure how long I would need it. We had storage unit with iStorage for just over a year as we moved from Wichita to Florida. Any time we ever had to call in regards to our account Angie was always pleasant and incredible to speak with. The storage unit that I rented was clean and seems to be secure. A password is required to enter the building and there are security cameras at the facility. The management and staff are helpful and friendly. I have observed them walking through the facility checking the units as they said they would do.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend and praise the work of Jeni, mgr. of the east branch. She is very conscientious and customer oriented and in today's business world that's #1! Her customer service skills are outstanding. She is a credit to iStorage! However I have a complainant I would like to share. A week ago Monday I received a notice of a rate increase. I called Wanda Brown at your corporate office in Kansas City. I left my name and phone number and the reason (rate increase) for the call. I received no call back as of today (August 8), I called Thursday, receiving voice mail. I have been renting at 12515 E. Central, Wichita, Ks. for nearly 10 years and pay a month in advance. I'm very disappointed in the lack of response and unprofessional businesslike attitude of iStorage. Thank You, Mickey DeHook

I used this place for almost a year storing my goods as I was moving around with the military and in basic training and AIT. The staff were more than helpful and absolutely amazing at managing any issues I had. Thank you for going above and beyond and I definitely recommend this location. Very clean, climate controlled available, and lots of great safety features to ensure my belongings were secure while I was away!

Very clean property. I was in there this week and the office was being remodeled. The property is not very old. They even just repainted the entire place.
