The receptionist is super friendly but there is hardly anyone here. I need to make my payment and I want a printed receipt. I don't want to do it online. I want to talk to a person standing in front of me and pay and get my receipt. That way I am on camera paying my in case there is ever a question. It is a good place very clean but there actually needs to be someone in the office during office hours.

I e been renting for about three years. There has been several issues with the gate and a lot of turn over in staff. I WAS NOT HAPPY! Went looking for a new place. Well when I first rented units I had 2 and was ok with the price but after I cleaned one out and I mean threw trash away and swept it out, the price for my big one went up time and a half. Almost $200. I was beside myself! But to be honest the little chick that worked in the office was cool and I liked her but then she left. However, when Shandie took over as property manager it is kinda worth it. She is on top of everything as far as break-ins and suspect cars. And even if I have trouble with my code to the gate at night she text me the next day to make sure we take care of it and I'm good to go. Shandie really is the best person to ever happen to istorage!!

Excellent place to store and organise your belongings; all units have lights and some have an electric outlet also! iStorage has _great_ prices for what they give you, always 50% off first month and often first month is free. Been renting units with iStorage since last July; both the well-done online convenience and friendly, helpful staff have literally helped me keep from sinking my own 'ship' since. Seneca iStorage is in a good location, has a great manager who helped me change the location I had been assigned online to one that fit much better for myself and the agent that lives there... lol. (Their system had put me _sharing a wall_ with the apartment her live-in agent resides... Offloading, arranging, and repacking with us is usually loud, long, in very various patterns of timing, and always very awkward for at least a little more than the first 38% of what's having to happen; something which would be _disastrous_ all around. She found the perfect unit for my needs, right when I Needed it. Gratitude in abundance, Shandie! Whomever needs a little more Space to hold their belongings and further themselves, Seneca iStorage one of those places. ;)

Got a unit yesterday, I set it up online and it was quick and easy, when I arrived I already had a gate pass and all. I had forgot to buy a lock so the lady working in the office Shandie was very helpful, they had a affordable lock to purchase so no leaving your things unattended while leaving to buy a lock. Good size Storage

Full disclosure: this review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups and deliveries to this location. I have never rented here. The units are pretty snugly packed together especially if you're pulling a trailer but that's not the most challenging aspect, the grading of the concrete is pretty aggressive for drainage, maybe great for drainage, but a little odd and difficult in moving things in and out of your storage unit. The only level concrete is directly in the unit most places, everywhere else is sloped pretty intensely and can be super challenging to use a handtruck or a tailgate as intended.

They were very helpful and always kept me up to date on what ever I needed to know. Kylie was very understanding if I was ever late with payment.

From all locations this one was a reasonable price and Cristal the receptionist very great professional customer service

Jennifer and Makayla in the office are awesome. If I ever have a problem these ladies are quick to offer assistance and help me through whatever it is that's going on. It's easy to get a unit here and the pricing is in line with what is the norm. Security is high on the priority list here and I do not worry about my belongings. Now if they just get the lighting issue in my unit taken care of it would be as close to perfect aa it could get.

This storage hae storage facilities has storage stores all over Wichita they're reliable and friendly and they have many different rates for people who just cannot get rid of their junk or their precious treasures the places are all monitored there's cameras everywhere and there's a lock system that you have to have a number to get in and out. And you don't have any fear nobody hangs around and watches you so it's safe environment.

The grounds are always well maintained and the employee is always helpful and friendly.

Went in today and the manager Mandy helped me out. I was really in a jam and she gave me a great deal! The storage units are clean and better prices then all the other places I looked.

Things weren't too bad, Mandy has been a huge bright spot there. The thing that takes then from having a higher rating but if you pay early and then get a place they wont give you your money back even if you get everything out before the end of the month.

Very smooth experience! The promotion going on during Covid-19 was a great plus. Highly recommend!

Mandy and Josephine were both super awesome to work with. I came in on Friday evening and spoke with Mandy for a little while and she was so awesome. I came in on Sat morning and Josephine was super helpful! These ladies deserve recognition and raises.

Convenient easy access

Its alright here but the price is outrageous. I pay 145 for a 10x20 I think. Which it ia the most expensive storage I've ever been to and ive had a few of them over my life span. That's the only thing i really dont care for. The lady who runs the place seems like a nice lady but i can tell there's some kind of something fierce that wants to come out of her if given the opportunity if that makes any sense at all..

I have trouble with the part time employee who works on Sundays and Mondays. She's very prying and intrusive. She can't seem to keep herself in the office when I am at my storage unit. She peers into my storage unit shamelessly and rudely with no regard that I am watching her do so. I think this is a fine enough facility, but I do wish the company would employ a different person for the Sunday and Monday shifts. The manager there is a sharp contrast from this employee. The manager is kind, friendly and knows how to give people their space. She keeps the property clean, as well. I have yet to see this other employee pick up anything to tidy the property. If you do business with this company, do it Tuesday through Saturday, when the manager is present. Avoid the other employee.

Heather is awesome. She always greets you with a smile. Knows you by name and is always friendly. She is the reason I have stayed there.
