Very helpful and informative .

There should have been some sort of reimbursement for the mice/rat droppings. Especially considering I dealt with it twice. I won’t bad mouth the company but I won’t recommend it to anyone.

I called several Storage facilities on the Westbank. Each of them were overpriced. Southern Self Storage was the most economical. Which I greatly appreciated! I needed access to a new unit on a Sunday, when they are closed. They accommodated me by letting me put my lock on after hours, then, once my lock was in place, they removed their lock on Saturday. Sunday, all was accessible. Thanks loads for these folks...they work WITH you!

Great Price!..Move-in was quick and easy. Property was well kept and clean. I came back after the office was closed and accessed my unit without any problems. I’m confident that my items are safe and secure and I love that my items are insured in the event (God-forbid) anything happens.

It was a great experience! People are very helpful and the storage was perfect for me. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend. Prices stayed the same through out my time there which is not the same at other storage places.

I've never been here before and everything about it is great. Tiffany was a great help and even called me before moving to make the paperwork process easier. Clean place and definitely the best price I've seen. They offer insurance and even locks for your storage unit.

Tiffany was extremely helpful and made sure we were completely settled and ready to move in. Made the reservation online at 10AM and was into the unit by 1:30 that afternoon, and on a Saturday! Fantastic service, affordable prices, highly recommend.

Just moved out of my storage unit because I now have provided space at home. Excellent service from Yvonne, Victoria and Jamella always made to feel as if my services mattered. A place needed during the time in which I was searching and it was easy safe and clean. Thank you! Four star rather than five because the facility is older and some of the stairs are not quite equi-distance apart making footing something to which you must pay attention.

Even though I have not moved anything into my unit, I think the customer service I received deserves mentioning. I don't believe Dave left out any detail in which I should be aware and affored me a professional transaction when securing my unit. An elevator or level stairs would garner a 5 star.

My girlfriend stored her stuff here while we traveled Europe. Not only did she get a great deal, but I personally thought the front office staff was top notch. We had to park a truck overnight at the office and when talking with Debbie she went above and beyond to help and make our experience great, we will be recommending this facility to all our friends and family.
