Came looking for a storage for school. Went most places and they didn’t have anyone at the office. Was passing by and stopped in and Mrs. Kelly was awesome. I explained to her I was in school and would frequent often due to staying on campus and she stated it was fine the gates are open 6am-10pm. I’ve been here a month and it stays clean and sufficient.

I just closed my unit after 6 months. It was a wonderful, zero complaints experience. Always felt safe there. Building and office are super clean. Restroom super clean and fresh and the office smells amazing. I only dealt with 2 different employees and both were exceptional. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Mark was so helpful he truly saved the Day! My move required some very specific needs. Traveling from far North down to lower 48 with a 28ft trailer. Mark and Life storage helped me find a location where they can drive a big rig and park it. Also helping me with a convenient storage locker loction making unloading easier. i recently rented a space at the hammond life storage facility.....i am very satisfied. the manager, mark, was very easy to work with, showed me the space, saved it for me and gave me great suggestions. i am happy with how clean it is and that it is climate controlled. the other places i looked at had wet floors, which is no good for furniture and books. mark also helped me out so that i could get into my space at any time.... a huge help for me. i would recommend this spot for storage any day.

Mark S is great! He personally took us on a tour and showed us the different sizes! Definitely feel comfortable leaving my stuff in storage with him!

This was our first experience with self storage. We called and visited a few in the area prior to deciding on Uncle Bob's. We found knowledgeable staff, clean environment, great hours, secure facility, climate control, and flexible storage size options.

I obtained a storage unit several months ago and cannot say enough about the professionalism of the two female employees. They remembered my last name after I came back a month later to pay my bill. We accidentally left our storage unit unlocked and they called to let us know. The workers are the epitome of excellent customer service, professionalism and taking pride in the work that they do. They are rare gems in the city of Hammond! The storage unit was clean, the building is air conditioned and appears to be well maintained.
