Havent even moved my stuff in yet and already impressed! I reserved my unit online, or attempted to! 🤣 not very techy! Couldnt seem to get to the signage part. Did it twice and still no luck. So finally called and Terrance who is just like a switchboard person covering lunches, but he walked me through it and made it happen. Less than an hour later Amanda called me asking if i rented 3 units 🤦🏻‍♀️ This girl was AMAZING! She got my account credited back within miniutes!!! CUstomer Service #1!!!

I have been at the Pearl River facility for over 2 and 1/2 years and every time I visit my unit, the facility is spotless I mean really clean. And Amanda that works that works there does a very good job of answering all your questions and she is a pleasure to speak with. And I would recommend this facility 100% to everyone.

Amanda and Stacy are A+ people. This facility is very large. The grounds and units are super clean which is NOT always the case at other storage facilities. Their prices are VERY competitive. I was very impressed with both the staff and the facility. They showed me the unit that was available in my price range. It was in good condition. One thing that really impressed me was that I have to carry some type of insurance on my stored items, either through homeowners' insurance or the insurance Southern Self Storage has available. So far, I'm well pleased!

Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They wouldn't let me even fill out the contract until I'd seen the storage unit. They actually took me to the unit, pointed out security, and explained about parking so that I don't block others who might want to get by. The facility is clean and well-kept. I am impressed! Just wish I could afford a climate-controlled unit.

Wonderful staff and management. I stopped in to look at spaces to stage household goods for an upcoming move and was met with one of the friendliest teams of professionals in the business. I've rented in DC and Atlanta in the past and this team exceeds the customer service standards set by the rest. The facility is clean, I was escorted to view the available spaces, and presented with options that met my needs. I was made to feel like a member of their extended family when talking about rates and submitting my paperwork for the rental agreement.

I helped my son move some stuff into storage and while there the young lady working was very sweet and kind. The indoor climate controlled halls and storage exceeded that of other storages, I don't see how anything could improve.

With all the things that is happening in the world today especially with the pandemic I knew I needed to start packing and clearing out an old farmhouse that I inherited. I needed a place that was close and secure to store the precious keepsakes that I inherited from my beloved mother and grandparents! My mom had passed away recently from complications of COVID 19. I shop around looking for the right place and then I called Southern Self Storage and spoke with Emily and she set me an appointment to come by and see the place. I met with Keri. Emily Henderson was the epitome of fantastic customer service and helpfulness when we arrived at the facility. She was more than willing to show us the different size storage rooms that would best fit the needs for all my items. I first called & spoke with Emily who was very nice, and she answered my questions, explained the pricing of the storage units, then put one on hold for me. On Sat., I called again to make sure of their hours and talked with Keri, who said she would be there. When I got there, Keri was super friendly and went over all the details. Explained everything once again and wrote down my monthly due date plus total with insurance. Also applied a discount that was available at this time, saving me a little money (thanks!) We chatted for a while, Keri never acted rushed up, but instead made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really enjoyed talking to her. She asked if I had any questions, which I said no, that she pretty much covered everything. She said if I ever needed anything, do not hesitate to call. Keri then took me to the unit, opened it up to make sure all was good, which it was. She showed me how to work the latch, made sure I knew to double check the latch when I close it, that it goes all the way in and catches. Overall, my experience with both ladies was pleasant and would definitely recommend them.

They greeted me with sincere smiles, and created a welcoming atmosphere. They explained all my options, pricing, and addressed all my concerns. The units are well cared for and well maintained. I received an amazing deal on a unit. Its convenient and easy to access when I need. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Everybody at this location is real friendly and very helpful. The location is always clean and cool on the inside. They were also very helpful with determining the size we needed and when we moved into our house we decided to leave some stuff in storage and they recommended a downgrade to save us money when we knew nothing about it which was awesome.

My husband and I love this place and the manager! We had to move suddenly, and Dotty worked with us so that we could move our stuff in right away. She was friendly, and honestly just all around great to talk to. The storage unit is climate controlled, clean, and carpeted so we don't have to worry about our stuff getting scratched up on the floor or damaged by the weather. They have insurance options that are incredibly affordable. The rent is a little high, but its 100% worth it for the quality of the units and caring staff. Truly loving this place!

We used them in 2013 went in today same sweet lady was there (so kind) They are adding units so they are doing great things. Rented storage, bought a lock, received emails, and viewed storage unit ALL in 20 minutes!! Very professional.

The represenative working the day I rented my 2nd unit was not only professional but Extremely helpful. She was in no hurry to push me out the door. Se took her time in showing me the different size units and what they could hold. Advised me on the moving package and all it included. Even went as far as to give me extra boxes free. My first months rent was free due to a promotional that was going on at the time.. She gave my daughter a credit on our other unit for referring me as a new customer. Her rent was practically free. All in all I think this representative went far beyond the "call of duty." She deserves a "metal of honor," for her service.
