The staff asked great questions to better understand my need. Once they understood my needs, they provided me with several options that would meet my needs. They helped me understand how the layout is of the location and assured me that the location was secure and safe. I left very happy with my storage unit. Time flew by as the staff was holding conversations with me about different random topics I brought. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I was having trouble leasing through the website, so I called customer service and everything went super smooth! She made the process super quick and easy, and I have a storage unit within 15 minutes! Then an hour or so later, I get a call from the storage unit manager from the location I will be using, to make sure I didn't need anything else or had any questions! That was super sweet I thought! Very thoughtful of him! And...it gets better...the unit I got is a 5X10 for only $68 a month!!!! Great prices you guys! Great customer service! 5 out of 5 stars most definitely!

Been here for a while! They raise and raise the price . Just like the rest of them. The lady who is there now is no good for customer service. First 6months are good which is why 3 stars and the personnel there right now not so good. Very rude tone and probably needs a man. Can't even talk to them about your rate to negotiate. I'm moving after 5yrs.

She also is very helpful, and is a great listener, and she understands that things happen. I had an issue regarding my unit and the payment, not only was she completely understanding, she also showed me another unit that was financially more fit for me. She definitely showed me that humanity still exist.. One more thing , I love the fact that they will call you until they reach you, they will not allow you to be mistaken for anything less than a valued customer. .

The service at Moove Storage was phenomenal. We spoke to the customer service rep at the 1-800 number, and within five minutes we were being told to come on in the office. We were sitting outside the office in our car. With everything going on in life I was happy to mark this off my To Do List. I can't say enough good things about this company. Jennifer in the front office is an absolute peach; she made moving in (and moving out!) so easy. So convenient to the area, gate access is secure and easy to use, and nothing went wrong while my stuff was there. Online bill pay was easy, too. I'll miss seeing the cow logo--it's cute. :)
