I am moving my storage business to this location after my current one continues with endless cost hikes without proper notification becoming too unaffordable in comparison to the area. iStorage in La Plata was best priced, and Dana was an absolute pleasure to talk to and do business with, the process was super simple (10 minutes and I had a unit!). She took the time to walk me to my unit to make sure everything was working and looked ok, which it was super clean and functioning correctly. So glad I called to discuss any concerns after a couple bad reviews I read online. So far, I am thankful I didn’t pass up them up and called for myself!

Tae gives wonderful service all around.Very friendly and helpful when it comes to units and uhaul. Oh omg I forgot he got style and is funny as hell. We Will be back again for uhaul at this location.

Process to rent online was very easy and didn’t take much time. The only negative for me was the cost of insurance that is required to rent. Monthly fee was high in my opinion for the amount of coverage. The unit was clean when I arrived and had no issues at all.

The manager at this location was fairly new and didn't know how to handle a claims situation properly, but the District Manager gathered all of the information and handled the situation professionally. No hard feelings on my end. It was definitely a crazy situation for me , but thank God for his favor and Blessings.

I had the opportunity to meet the staff at the Crain Highway office. They were pleasant and very informative. I walked the facility and was pleased with the storage units and how clean they were. Other than the mats when you’re going down the stairs were someone might fall. I was pleased with Tanya and Heather.

We came in today to look at a unit, and Tanya was extremely helpful and very thorough with all the information we needed. She is a great people person.

This storage/uhaul facility is amazing in their customer service and overall business practices. The manager, Heather is amazing and very accommodating in taking care of her customers.
