Moove In Self Storage was an amazing experience! The ease of reserving exactly the storage size I needed and the convenient location exceeded my expectations. The area was secure and easily accessible. I recommend them and will be using them in the future for my storage needs!

Moved in August of 22 at $141 for a 10 x10. Expensive, but was located in a good spot for me. January 23, the price went up to $159. January 24, the price went to $178. Nearly $40 increase in a year and a half.I ended my rental with them in March this year. The facility has a drive-up gate with a code, but the rest of the facility is 'secured' with livestock gates that you can just walk around. And the front gate is wide open usually anyway. I looked and never saw a video camera anywhere, though they may have them. One time a guy driving a truck drove thru and said he was the 'on-site' contact. That means someone drives through there once a day. There is no on-site contact. I was treated nicely and I had no issues personally, but they're just raising rates to be raising rates and I need less of that in my life.

I've had to keep my place in storage for awhile now, Great private place, units are like new, very clean.

Just moved to the area. Needed a storage locker for a while. Called the 4 facilities in the area. 1 never called back. One didn't have any availability. One was twice the cost...and there was MooveIn Self Storage. These folks were easy to work with and far and away the nicest people as well. Wonderful experience. The locker lock is included and you may get your first full month free. Can't ask for any more than that. I worked with Jay who was EXCELLENT at customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

I was torn between 4 and 5 stars here. I'm an 8 year tenant and after Moove In took over there were some pretty steady rate increases. I started at 125 a month for a 10x20 and paid that for a couple years. By early this year I was up to 234 (including $12/mth insurance). Not really a complaint. What hasn't gone up in price over the last 5 or 6 years? Always had good notice of changes or increases. Very professional company overall. I actually downsized to a 5x10 after finally reducing my volume of stuff! Stayed with Moove In. Facility is clean and secure. Never had a problem in 8 years. So 4.5 to 5 star rating. Thanks.

Online access to lease storage unit was a fast and easy process. Confirmation message of the rental agreement had clear directions on access to the facility and storage unit was ready for us upon arrival.

I have rented units with a few different companies and i must say, so far this is the best. You have an outstanding representative at the Northampton location by the name of Jay. He made the transactions VERY pleasant and was so funny. It was a pleasure having Jay assist me with everything I needed and on the day of my move i realized i needed a bigger unit and Jay just happened to be onsite when i arrived at the Southampton location and was able to set me up instantly in a bigger unit. Hold onto this gentleman, he is what customer service should be and look like. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Jess, another rep in this office and she was just as pleasant and humorous as Jay!! You have 2 outstanding reps, give them raises and hold onto them!!!

Needed to rent a storage unit for a short time. I used the online booking option however I had many questions and concerns on pricing and availability before booking. I called the Northampton office and spoke to Heather on more than one occasion. Heather was very polite and helpful each time we spoke even offered if needed to change my unit to a more accessible unit if I needed to turn around with my trailer. The unit was available same day nice and clean with a free lock and a free month as well. I would highly recommend you call and talk to Heather if you need to rent a storage space..

Expensive Clean and dry

A fine place to store you’re things. You do need to bring your own ramps to clear the concrete slab if you plan on storing a lower riding vehicle!! Not as simple as driving straight into a level unit!

The customer service is excellent just as another reviewer noted. I was a brand new customer when Moove In Self Storage took over management of the business and I was a little confused. Tanya was so patient with me and helped me out, answering questions and explaining the new owner's philosophy. I was really happy to be a customer and have always felt assured knowing Tanya is there in case I need her. She's the best!

Units are accessible and clean and rates competitive. Both automatic and pay as you go options are available. They have been very responsive. When I needed to transition to a larger unit, Tanya (the manager) made it easy even in the midst of the company being bought out by the present owners. Highly recommended.

The units are clean and well-maintained, but the star of the show here is customer service. Tanya is amazing! Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. You don't realize how important responsiveness & competence is until you're mid-move and everything is stressful, and then someone like Tanya is running the facility. She went well out of her way to help me figure out what I needed and reserve my unit in advance, and was personally, readily available at every step of the way. She was direct and kind and we spoke half a dozen times (my situation got a bit complicated), and each time I hung up the phone, happy and confident that everything was taken care of. If I need to rent a storage unit in the future, I'd rent here every time. Smooth sailing.

Staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. On the internet I was easily able to reserve a storage unit, then by talking to a staff member on the phone I was able to quickly access my unit within 24 hours of making the online reservation. I was very appreciative of how easy the staff made it to get in and start using my unit right away.
