Great security at Storage in Peabody. Multiple keypads even in the elevator with a code for each floor. Storage rooms are all within the building with many on-site cameras. Very happy with it all.

This review is for the 137 Summit St Peabody location. Tommy and I-Storage have been fantastic. Tommy’s responsiveness, professionalism and service are second to none. This is the best, cleanest storage I’ve ever rented. If ever in need of storage again, I will look for I-Storage first.

Update: After renting my storage unit for 90 days, they increased the price by 30%. I was told it would increase but never expected it to go up that much - by 30%. Lesson learned, I will be closing my unit, I feel that it is not worth the money and I’m pretty sure they will continue with the increases. This is my first time renting a storage space and I must say, I was not pressured to rent a bigger space (I chose a small 5x5). I told Tommy what I needed it for and he recommended what was best for me. It is very clean, temperature comfortable and safe with a bunch of cameras and keypad access points. Tommy explained all of the upfront charges, what to expect to pay moving forward. Every question I had was answered informatively and professionally. It is obvious that Tommy really likes what he does for a living, he not only is an employee; he is a customer with a rental unit of his own. I highly recommend these folks for your short term and long term storage needs.

This is my second time using istorage it’s affordable and the hours are perfect. Everything is super easy with them, i messed up a little in my online registration but Charlene did an awesome job showing me units she was super quick with the transfer and made sure i was comfortable with the unit . Shes the best super sweet!

Clean and climate controlled. My furniture was stored for 5 months during home renovation and it was exactly the same when it all came out. The staff was friendly and attentive and their move out policy is excellent. No need to notify in advance and only charged for the remaining month. Advanced notice is required in other storage places which could be tricky with timing.

I researched a handful of different Storage companies and after reading the wonderful reviews from customers of CubeSmart, I knew this was the place for me. The staff at CubeSmart are efficient and attentive. When I initially reached out to get some information about their location, they were very prompt in their response and were flexible when it came to me coming to check out the units they so easily reserved for me to come in and check out. Only negative is the keypad at gate entrance is too close to the gate and it scrapped the front of my car - talked to other customers while loading and unloading and some had the same incident happen to them as well. Otherwise it would have been a 10.

So, so easy to work with. Moving is such a pain so it was great to have one less thing to worry about. Clean, responsive, easy, and affordable.
