Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Love this storage place.. The employees are very nice and accomodating and the entire place is clean and inviting. They just raised their prices but its worth it..
I want to give five stars and I would however. Setting up the storage unit was so easy , answered all my questions and Attendant was very kind. The day I moved was the day after a snow storm and it turned to all ice. There was ice mounds in front of my unit that prevented me from using the ramp on the uhaul at all. This made it very difficult and it caused so much difficulty trying to climb over it. If not for this situation I would def give 5 stars
I must say the customer service at this location has always been exceptional, truly above and beyond. This location's staff exemplify quality customer service. I've appreciated the work, knowledge, --and most importantly-- the attitude of every representative of this location that I've dealt with. Absolutely recommend.
All around good experience the only thing that sucks is no free first month but the cheaper price and everything else makes it worth it.
The facility is clean, spacious, climate controlled and has inside automobile access. Rental fees are the same as other facilities per square foot charges. The facility has indoor and outdoor units. Mine is indoors.
Staff was super nice, especially Amy. Moving in was easy. They had carts for us to use so it took an hour to unload the Uhaul. That was everything!
