Overall Storage Experience: great MGMT Team: very friendly, flexible, forgiven, nice, pleasant, very accommodating. Security: it feels like Fort Knox; many layers of security. My stuff was very safe. Safer than stuff in my own house. Product Availability: they offer all the nice haves and emergency locks in stock at a respectable price. Rate Hikes; this is annoying; it happens everywhere. Just got to deal with it. Digital Savvy: the website and customer portal is nice to update payment methods or change personal data. It's nice to have this available so you don't have to bother anyone on the phone. Cancelation Experience: it was the best experience. I will be a returning customer simply based on how easy it was to cancel my subscription.

Set up my work storage unit here and it was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Rob was so nice and understanding of our management change and helped me set up my unit. I was treated with respect and care as a new customer, the gentleman that was working that day helped and asked if I needed a padlock and opened the package and put one of the keys in the padlock, then he showed me where my storage unit was so that I could bring my stuff up and store it. The office closes early. And there should be dumpster there for ppl to throw there trash away after moving out of there space. The fact you don't have to punch in a code to exit is a plus.

I rented a space at the Clinton twp location and the manager, Donna, was so sweet and helpful. She initially cleaned out the space for me and also called when my auto-pay didn't go through so I wouldn't be charged late fees. This place was also the best rate in the area. She made sure I picked a unit suitable for me and even when I was debating between two, she didn’t push me to get the more expensive one, rather, she explained to me why I should get the smaller one to save money and if I needed to go bigger made sure I knew there wouldn’t be a problem to upgrade if necessary. Awesome custome service! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking! Extremely helpful and clean!

Needed a storage unit under very limited time in the snow. Stephanie and Mitchell were very helpful. Worked with me very patiently as I was changing things quite often. All work out great and even better with all their assistance and helpful suggestions. Units are clean but not climate control so took an outside unit...felt warmer actually than the inside unit.

Clean and beat priced in the area. Allowed me to park my trailer for a week after my hitch broke. They worked with me to upgrade to larger unit and no extra cost.
