I am happy that I chose to go to Istorage on Garfield. Ron was very helpful in making my decision on the size storage unit that I needed. Ron took the time to show me the unit and to tell me the price of the unit. He really takes pride in his job and you don't find many people like that nowadays. Thank you Ron for everything.

Julie. Storage Mgr. was very helpful. Instead of selecting a unit size, I needed to see first hand the size I was dealing with. She was accomodating, & patient with me. After selecting the third unit shown, it was clean, dry, spacious. I found the e-docusign to be confusing and not functioning as it should. Others a good customer experience, with monthly fees below demographic area.

Moved here after a bad experience with another company..so glad I did. Double the space for same amount of money.. Damante is clear, helpful and friendly. Bonus, they are much closer to home and always checking to be sure all is well.

It's bitter sweet for me. I've rented from them for a few years and always received the friendliest greeting from everyone that works there. If it wasn't for the constant price increase I would still be there. Saturday October 30, 2021 I'm completely moved out.

This location is well kept....employees were very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I didn't realize you can't get into the facility after 6pm. 😢

Quick and easy! As a first time storage user I would highly recommend IStorage. Craig was very knowledgeable and explained the code entry and process throughly. The unit was very clean.

This was the best service singing up for my storage unit. Was kind of in a bind and needed Tanya's assistance and she was there. Staff is very helpful and the location is good. My couch had mold all over it after only a year in an interior unit. So that sucks. But if your not keeping anything cloth-like, you're good. My price also went from 50 to 90 in less then a year. So be prepared for that.

Now that SS has changed to istorage, I feel like it's a more professional atmosphere. The manager Mitchell was very helpful in transferring my lease agreement over and explaining the new lease. He was also helpful on giving me information about my past renting experience compared to the service I would get with istorage. The main office itself was very clean and organized as well as inviting. Very happy with istorage and the new management.

This is the second year I have stored my 68 Mustang with Simply Self Storage. Shawn was very helpful as always, and helped me pick out the unit I would be renting. Shawn let me see the unit and it was very clean and dry. He is very knowledgeable and was concerned about my convenience of getting the vehicle in and out of the unit. Simply Self Storage will be my first choice for storage.
