I went in the Istorage location in Romeo and was looking for storage Julie, gave me a tour of the facility and all the prices for the size I wanted because of the customer service I received me and my wife will come back to this location.

I had been a customer of Istorage for 3 years. Rent paid on time every month as it should be. I only met Julie the final week of my stay. Julie was very nice and understanding to my situation. But the greed of the cooperate world priced me out. I attempted to contact customer service to adjust my rate. They wouldn't have it. They were perfectly fine with me moving out even though they were offering the same size unit for 60.00 less on the website. Due to this I had to give a 3, I wanted to go lower but, Istorage did me a favor by forcing me out. I am saving more than the 60.00 they could have saved me.

On 1/14/2023 Agent R Stier help me select the exact size I would need for storage. He was very helpful and professional. He went through all the payment options for all the units. The process for renting a storage unit can take along time. Agent Stier was quick/efficient in getting my unit. I had to go to work and I was very thankful he made the process quick and easy. I give 5 stars all the way. I was in the military and finding a good storage unit in the past was a headache. Other places would try to rent you something you didn’t need. Not this location. He listen and explained which unit offered. Thank you agent Stier.

The ease of signing up was great. The actual unit’s lock is very rusted and a little off line which made placing the lock through the (rusted off-lined) holes extremely difficult. I had to get my husband to push and wiggle the lock through. Other than that everything was good.

Ron went above and beyond to help us out. We've been very pleased with the facilities and service.

I just moved to Clinton Township about 2 months ago with alot of belongings that I had no where to put. Thankfully I found a Simply Self Storage with good pricing close to my home and was able to put a lot of those things in storage lol. Tanya is the manager of the building I go to and she is AMAZING! Anytime I have questions or concerns I know I can rely on her to get the job done. I highly reccomend this place to anyone and their storage needs. Edit: I was just here again on the 29th of September and let me tell you, they never let me down. Tanya and Craig were the best!

Lowest priced space I found so far and that includes the same company down the road before CJ Barrymore’s. Gary was very helpful and helped my transition seamless. Only complaint I would have would be traffic on Romeo Plank Rd and M-59 because of the road construction, getting into the place from M-59 is nearly impossible.

Needed storage for one year. Very helpful and friendly staff everytime I was there! Highly recommended! Thank you Patty!!

I had a very professional experience when I opened my account with Mike. He was very thorough explaining the rules. Very knowledgeable and personable. The lock we brought with us didn't fit and he let us know that we could purchase a lock there on site, which was very helpful because we brought items to place in our new unit.

I witnessed Patty waiting on a very difficult customer. She was very patient and took her time trying to help this person understand the size and price of the unit that the woman was interested in. I was amazed at how kind and helpful she was. That's how she treats everyone. Patty is always eager to help me open the door on my unit. I have a shoulder issue and cannot lift the heavy door. She never hesitates when I ask for help.

I have been a customer for 5.5 years. Customer service is top notch, specifically, Brian and Patty. Both were so helpful while I lived 2300 miles away from my whole life (in the storage)! I was always at peace! The second important point, besides exception customer service, is NOTHING was ruined! I had some really high end stuff in my unit, insured it for 75K and everything was PERFECT! I never had stuff in storage, heard people's bad experiences, there were no rodents, and no other pests, no flooding, no leaks in the roof. I am beyond grateful that my items are as good as new! You guys are the best! But, the employees truly make this business worth signing the paperwork, they are the face of this all around wonderful facility! Keep up the great work!
