Friendly service. However, huge increases too often for no none reason. Except they can ask for more money once your stuff is in storage. Prices are too high and no deals offered if you have two storages. Rip off!

Needs a bathroom outside after hours for renters.

Just recently got a unit at the dearborn heights istorage location and so far I like it alot. First off the office is nice and clean and the woman I dealt with was amazing her name is Melissa. She was so helpful and even stayed later to make sure i got my unit that day. She answered all my questions. She was an angel. The unit itself was clean which is always good. I love all the cameras and the gated entry as well. Only thing I feel is a bit of a down fall is the price. I feel the price for the unit i got was a bit pricey. Other than that its wonderful. Update: I moved to a new facility due to the price of my already expensive unit went up even more for no reason. Way to high in price. Was 200 for our unit there and I'm now paying 119 somewhere else who wouldn't switch?

I visited four storage locations and this was the most professional and knowledgeable staff I encountered. Issac (I believe that was his name ) went above and beyond for me. When I thought I needed a size he didn't have at his location he call the other locations to find the size I needed. I'm glad I'm doing business here.

My daughter and I had every intention of shopping around for the best storage places to fit our needs and this was our first stop. This is a nice quiet location if you have items you want to store not a lot of traffic it's kind of private sits back off the street and you can get your items and feel secure and store your valuables there take a look check it out👍

Storage units are well sized for the price. Access is easy yet secured. 24 hour surveillance throughout the entire property. Staff is very nice. Would have given 5 stars but last winter (with commercial van) a few snow days and days after there was still snow on the lot and had some trouble navigating the lot.

We have had a unit at this location for a few years. Not only is the facility clean and easy to access I love that I don’t worry about theft or issues with my storage items. The office staff is so professional and easy to work with. The cost is the best around and the hours are great for access. I will go out of my way to use Istorage as long as I have needs. Plus the girl in the office was amazing taking my payment and observed mask and. CDC guidelines without making me feel uncomfortable. 🦄🦄🦄 in the storage world.

I stored my stuff here for one year and it was very safe and exactly as I left it when I came back to get it today. Melissa, who runs the office at this location, provided excellent customer service and made what was a difficult day easier her friendly and professional assistance. I would recommend Istorage, Dearborn Heights, to anybody looking for safe, secure, clean storage.

With all thats going on in the world its good to see that people are still nice. I had trouble booking my unit online which resulted in the classic run around and multiple phone calls. I finally just went up to the facility and luckily MELISSA RAASCH was there just getting ready to end her shift on her FIRST DAY of work. Instead of simply ending her day, she helped me resolved my issue in record time and prevented me from trying my luck at a different storage facility, which probably would’ve been uhaul. Thank you Melissa if you ever see this. I storage is LUCKY to have you ^_^

Wanted to give 5 star because Brittany and staff were so great but, I'm a late night person and 10pm is a little early if I wanted to drop some items in my storage unit or pick something up! But thumps up on every other point....

This place fits all kind if storage needs. It's clean and ventilated, and has trolleys to help you transport your items. Prices are notbthe best, and take into account that this is not a 24/7 open storage. Perhaps for safety reasons, this should be ok. Kept my items for 3 months there and was very happy with the service.

Very very very friendly staff. Very reasonable people. I’d do business with them again even if it’s out of my way. I wanted to end my lease, according to the contract I was supposed to give a 10 days notice, but I waited until the last day. The gentleman I talked to said it’s okay and I won’t be charged for it and was going to prorate if I needed extra days to move the stuff out. More businesses need to operate this way.

The facility is very clean and newly constructed. Shannon was super nice and very helpful. I had reserved a 10x10 unit, and on the day of my move, I realized I needed a larger unit. Knowing that the moving company charges by the hour, Shannon was able to quickly upgrade me to a larger unit and when I arrived, she already had the paperwork ready to go so that no time was wasted. The movers were able to get in and finish the job with no delays. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Simply Self Storage in Dearborn Heights is a clean, well lit, secured storage facility. The carts available for customer use can be very handy when moving multiple items at once. The bills come to us through email (my preference) and we send payment directly from our bank which is extremely convenient. The property manager, Shannon, is wonderful! Shannon listens to our requests, responds quickly, and makes an effort to do what she can. It's really nice to know that she is actually available to help us. We have stored at this facility for almost 2 years now and so far, so good. The prices are comparable to others in the area but it's the customer service by far that keeps us happy!
