All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
Company makes empty promises they can't keep because some of the managers apparently have memory problems and forget what they say. Entire company has gone to hell since the new management has taken over.

I have only had a unit here for a week, but... Easy peasy to get in, Ashley was very nice and accommodating. The facility is as nice as could be. I really like the drive through area with the elevators right there. One can load and unload inside, regardless of weather. Top notch facility. It is not all that cheap, but that is compared to what I think it is worth. The pricing is in line with other area storage.

Biggest downside of the building is the drive in entrance. It has so little space and it's on a curve making it difficult if you're driving a truck or towing a trailor.

SSS - Dearborn: "When Better, Counts". This facility would be rated 5 starts, yet does not have a public bathroom onsite. I've utilized Simply Self Storage Dearborn, for over 4 years. This clean, well lit, room-temperature, and safe storage unit is reasonably priced. Monica, the onsite property manager, has **always** been very accommodating, as I travel internationally, and live overseas. She had coordinated lock removal and replacement and 24-hour access - without fail. During my (final) move-out, Monica promptly supported my request for 24 hour access and effectively advised me on the appropriate moving-truck size. Furthermore, since I was a 1-man moving team, she noticed my level of exertion spanning an 8-hour period, and discretely provided a bottle of cold water and a left-over moving box (which I needed)! Thank you Monica!
