This location is a good location to store your goods, the manager Chrystal is a great manager and she cares about the customer needs and how safe their belongings are. I highly recommend dealing with Chrystal when coming here.

I spoke with Crystal and she was very very helpful and polite ☺️. I was able to get a bigger unit with not hassle. At first I had issues from a online order I'll admit I was frustrated, I called their Corporate office on a Saturday evening.. and they were so understanding and very patient with me ... and because I ordered *online .. We rented a storage unit today and was highly impressed with the iStorage faculty in Lincoln Park, MI. My wife and I checked out numerous storage companies in the Metro Detroit Area both online and in-person over the last few weeks. Yvette and Brittney were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and customer orientated. The security and surveillance system in place was the best I've seen and this was one of our biggest concerns. As a law enforcement officer in this area for 20 plus years and an Army retiree with over 27 years of service this facility is one of the best I've ever seen and would recommend it to anyone.

Brittany was very helpful in helping me figure out the right size unit for my needs. This is the second time I am using this storage facility. Its very clean and secure. The location is very convenient with it being right off of a major freeway. I highly recommend this storage facility.

This is an awesome storage place. It's main road and design make it very visible. The doors go all the wayup to the roofing so no little climbable gaps to worry about. It's all indoors so you have to have a passcode to even enter. Each passcode is registered to a person, it identifies you at entry and exit of building. You drive right into the building and it has carts/elevators. Cheapest units are like $50 a month though including insurance. The biggest ones on ground level can hold parked cars. It's a good location.

Wow I came here Today while shopping around for units, not expecting to actually purchase one immediately. However upon entering the building I was immediately greeted by this young woman named Ivette I believe? She was super helpful, very friendly, informative, and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. This woman is definitely an asset to this company and very good at her job. She made me feel comfortable and that my personal belongings would be safe. I went to another storage unit prior to this one, which was approximately in the same price range for a 10x10 unit, but it's not indoors and not to mention pretty poor customer service. Plus no tour prior to purchasing a unit was given either. To be honest it's Ivette's professionalism and attention to detail that made the difference in choosing a unit. I was willing to pay the extra few dollars for this location, and all thanks to her! This woman deserves some recognition 👏 she's absolutely wonderful at her job. So, I have all this extra material from different jobs I needed to store. Cabinets, granite, lighting, etc. I looked online and found this storage place. Reserved a unit. I picked out a 10 x 15. Got it for $96 a month. Paid online. Called in the morning for the code. Pulled my truck inside the building, found my unit with a receipt and a lock and set of keys inside. Couldn't have been easier and I couldn't be happier.

Wonderful experience. Moving to the area and needed a unit for the in between. Yvette and her co-worker were phenomenal and kind. When we needed a second unit (and didn't want to move to a bigger one) they didn't hesitate to help us get one asap as close to our first one as possible. Dealing with istorage has been the least stressful part of our move so far. So grateful for everything!

Ive kept my stuff here for a few months now. I dont keep good enough track of the monthly bill. Thankfully I get a call from Yvette or another great employee every month to remind me. Something not many places like this will go out of their way to do. Ive had nothing but great experience and I sleep well knowing my belongings are taken care of and secure.

Although my stay here was only a year, I felt my precious stuff was in good hands. The manager, Yvette, friendly, knowlegable, easily accessible by phone, or prompt to return call. I moved to Phoenix a year ago, not a worry about my storage unit or contents. Facility is always clean, and we'll lit, plenty of loading/ unloading space, moving dolleys and elevators. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage down river.

Accessible elevators mean you can get your stuff from your car to your storage unit quickly and easily. Honestly, this is one of the best storage facilities I have ever been in.
