I have been a twenty year + customer of this storage facility. Christine, the manager, is friendly, helpful and takes pride in her facility. The rates are reasonable, I've never had a concern about theft or vandalism, and the location offers easy access to I-96. If you too have too much stuff, consider renting a clean storage area here.

The staff is very hospitable and especially proactive at ensuring our valuables are kept safe. On a couple occasions we inadvertently did not lock our unit correctly. They contacted us immediately about the mishap and placed an additional lock on our unit, allowing us time to go and re-lock our unit. They are always available and very cordial! 👍

On short notice I needed a large storage unit to hold household goods for several months. Christine from iStorage was able to get me the storage unit I was looking for and got me all set up within minutes. She was very helpful and showed me a few other units that would meet my needs as well. I Choose the initial unit and she helped me set up payments online and showed me how to use the key because I was clueless lol. A great experience overall and really eased my nerves about moving my from my current storage facility.

I walked in at 5:45 p,m on a Friday evening and was greeted by Christine who had a great big smile and was most helpful. She was super friendly and showed us our unit. She was not annoyed at all that we walked in just prior to closing. Customer service at it's finest!

Christine does a great job. She is thorough, friendly, and cleans regularly. The only reason there was a loss of stars is the regional manager Dawn lied to me. She said she wouldn't raise my rent for a year and 6 months later raised it 17 percent.

The property manager, Yvette, was very helpful and professional. She showed me the unit I was renting before signing and even helped sweep it out. She was so friendly while I filled out the paperwork and walked through all the documents. The space itself is convenient. The security gate was not working on the day I stopped in but I was assured it was being fixed later in the week. There are lots of units available and in varying sizes. The price was good too.

I came into inquire about a unit, we may be moving and might need a unit for a few months. Heather was very helpful in answering all of questions and showed me my options and the prices. If we end up needing a unit I will definitely be back to see her. The property also looks great.

I wanna say that this facility is by far one of the best and the Manager Kevin Bell was by far one of the nicest managers I've have experienced from and of the other storage places I've been too. He made sure all my questions were answered and went over everything in full detail. I will definitely be telling friends and family about any storage units they may need.

I love this Istorage and i will never use any other storage place. They have great security, 24 hour access, excellent condition of units, including temperature controlled units. The property is always clean, and whenever it's not or I have some kind of issue, the staff are always so great and helpful about it. If you have any questions, ask Kevin, he is awesome about help or anything you need! 😁

I was just about ready to move my items from both of my units but the young man named Kevin really made my day on today. He worked out all my problems within 10 minutes. They need more employees like him

The storage facility is nice and clean. The units in climate control appear brand new. I had no problems reserving the unit online and got 1/2 off the 1st month!! It takes about 30 mins for paperwork once you get there. I needed a padlock and was told the lockers inside had to have a certain lock, which you can only get there and cost around $15. I did notice that all the other units inside had padlocks not the lock I was sold. The app has also stopped accessing the gate to open. I would recommend this storage facility.

I am very pleased with this location and the services offered. The indoor storage is accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM and there are carts you can use to transport items from your car to your unit inside. There are many size options available and the staff was very friendly.

Stephen, the manager, was excellent with helping us get our storage unit set up. He was very transparent about all costs and explained in depth everything we needed to understand. He even made sure we got there early (before they closed), so he could adequately tell us all the information and not be rushed. We've had the unit for 2 months now and have no complaints. The hours are pretty flexible and facility is nicely kept.

I have to agree with others and say that Steven the manager is just great. I started with a 10 x20, rented a second 10 x 20, then rented a 10 x 30 and moved those twon units into it and am now renting a 20 x 30 unit and he has been nothing but helpful at every turn.

Stephen the Mgr is awesome. My Parents passed away and a kid moved back from college for a local job. I had to find place for storage and quick. Simply Storage served the purpose. Safe secure storage with great service. We used their service for 9 months. During that time I forgot the gate code, and even forgot our storage number. I would use them again. Facility is well taken care of. It is clean and well maintained and the manager does an excellent job of keeping it that way. Doors seal very well and no critters can get into the storage unit. Overall, for short term rentals, I would highly recommend this facility. However, for long term rentals, such as mine, be advised, that the rental rate can increase every year or even sooner. My rates have increased steadily over the last 6 years I have been there, from 139 to 187 per month, where now I pay substantially more than a new customer for an equivalent unit. For this reason, unfortunately, I am most likely going to have to move to a new facility.
