I like my unit a lot. Ms Sylvia is the nicest manager l ever dealt with. There was also another lady l spoke with but l didn’t get her name, another nice lady. I used to rent a cheaper unit in Allen Park but the manager was as friendly as diarrhea so l moved out. Keep up the good work.

This is a very nice and clean facility, and the property manager is very kind and helpful. The only reason for the 4/5 star is due to the fact that before I even got the chance to pay my second month, I already received a notice that rent was being raised, and I am really hoping this isn’t going to be a constant trend

iStorage Manager Sylvia at the Taylor Michigan property was very professional when I moved into my storage facility and also very professional and pleasant person to deal with when I moved out. I decided to move out since the owners at the iStorage facility in Taylor decided to raise the monthly rental from $49 a month to $75 a month which had nothing to do with the manager Sylvia by any means. There needs to be more Mgr's like her in the daily business field that enjoys her job and takes care of the customers promptly and professionally as she did. Shout out to Sylvia thanks for your caring attitude and being professional.

I called istorage in Taylor after getting the run around from so many different places. It's absurd the lack of communication 😒 and customer service the world has these days. But I finally got some answers with your rep (Sylvia) I confess I had many questions, but she was polite and extremely Courteous. Answered all my questions without trying to rush me off. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ if I needed the storage unit I would have came back to you guys & will in the future. Thanks again for putting up with me Sylvia. I went in person to try to rent a unit. It was during posted business hours. There wasn't anyone there. I was able to rent a unit online. I called back the following day and had excellent customer service. The representative told me that she was off the day prior. She was very helpful. The only negative thing is if a person has the day off have someone else cover that day/shift. You may lose potential customers if there is no one available. I am impressed with the size the unit is that I selected to rent.

Always there when you need them

Simple and easy to get rented online. No complaints. Was a good experience hassle free. I do wish it was 24 hour access but is still a nice storage facility decent access hours 6am-10pm. I would rent again if needed.

Opened it for my daughter a few years ago. We just closed out. Their process are still reasonable. One thing to mention when you're moving out they don't allow use of their dumpster.

Ordering unit online was hassle free from start to finish! Nicole in the front office was phenomenal! She went over and above for us. We rented unit on Monday, noticed an issue with the floor on Tuesday, and she had it FIXED Wednesday morning! I would recommend in a instant!

Its storage. Bad part is the entrance. Its awkwardly setup which requires sharp turn at entrance or to back up after you enter your code

Staff was very friendly and really helpful in helping me move from a smaller unit to larger one. One time I didn’t put my lock on my unit properly, and the manager called me to inform me. I asked her would she check the unit to make sure nothing was disturbed and she did so promptly, which gave me some peace until I was able to make it there

I came in for some info and was treated very nicely. Kyle knows his job very well and was willing to put up with all my irritating questions which I appreciated. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The units are clean and spacious. Also the staff is friendly and they let you look at the units before you commit. That way if you need a smaller or bigger unit they can change it for you.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff here. I just wish they had better parking. Or any at all would be a good start. I had to park a large truck out front once and I overestimated the space available and busted a tail light... Thankfully Melissa was willing to share her tape with me and I taped it back on. So yeah, know the storage facility before you try to take a large vehicle into there. Not much room to navigate and pretty much anywhere you park you block the road in and out and is probably illegal.

I been using there property for storage almost 2 years now and I am so thankful to the awesome staff for helping me with storage for my Moms stuff.. Property is always clean Never have any problems with the gate IT WORKS! and the manager/staff working always such a sweet smiling face ready to help. I also didnt have to fill out a book of forms and sign over my first born to lease with them..Now that Menards will open up beside them soon they just made the road there and turning lanes easy to get in and out of.. I think this place is great ;)

A great place to store my stuff as an OTR truck driver its a safe and secure lot and that means a lot when you're gome for months at a time. The manager has been more than understanding and helpful with any concerns as have the rest of the staff.

I was in from out of town picking up an auction unit. Melissa was terrific! She was friendly yet always professional. She answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable and very patient with me. ( it was my first purchase ever of an auctioned unit). The property was groomed well and clean despite its location. I have recently had a need to acquire my own storage unit and I can tell you first hand that in that sometimes unfortunate circumstance, it is made all that much easier when the person that you are dealing with is like Melissa.

I've been doing business with this location for over 2 yrs and have had nothing shy of a great experience. They have cheap rates the lot is secure with both a password based gated entry and cctv. I was a little nervous when the newest property manager took over because sometimes change can be hard especially when you have good communication with the former manager but Melissa put my mind at ease instantly. She's been extremely helpful and easy to talk to with any questions or concerns. I have recommended others to use this location (there's a nice kickback program for referrals) and will continue to do so.
