manager Nae was the most sweet and helpful women even after i gave my bad review she was still 100 percent helpful and boy i felt like a jerk,her customer service was the greatest.

Nae knows her stuff! She gave me a great tour of the property and was knowledgeable about all of the different unit options. She definitely takes pride in her work and that is a lost trait in today’s society. I have seen her diligently cleaning up while I am at the property. She is really cleaning the place up well.

I've rented here for several years. When iStorage changed computer systems recently there were a lot of difficulties and much user information did not transfer properly. I just signed up for a unit today but so far I can say that Oscar has been tremendously helpful as I was in search of a unit that was tall enough for what I needed to store. I had to check several different units and measure them but eventually found one that fit the bill. I signed up for it to make sure it did not get rented to anyone else and was able to buy the two locks as well on the spot.

I always felt comfortable and safe while my belongings were at i Storage! Chris, the manager was always on site sweeping and checking for issues or litter. I found iStorage, clean, well kept and Chris was so helpful. I never had issues with mice!! Security Code and Gate.... a plus !

Easy to reserve a unit. Chris was kind enough to follow-up when I forgot to finish an item in the process. The only thing I didn't like was the mandatory insurance even though I have renters insurance. I'll get the difference off next month's rent, but I'd rather be able to submit my proof and skip the delay.

I've been renting here now for about a month and wanted to wait until I could give a good or bad review in all fairness. This is by far, not even a close contest, the best place I've rented a unit. Chris has been just awesome. No matter the problem she's got it solved before your done asking. The units are clean and if you are unsure of something happening on site they can go back on video and help you figure it out. It's pretty great to know that all the junk I can't seem to live without is safe. If your looking to rent then I recommend you come see Chris. Tell her George sent you. A very clean and well maintained facility that run like a well oiled machine by a very sweet manager, Doug! It is an excellent place to store your stuff! Nice secure access with cameras on premises. For Christmas Doug even put out a place of cookies that he baked & decorated himself and not store bought. That the kind of guy he is! He make me feel welcome and that I am not just another number. I would use this facility again if I do need it in the future.

I want to say that Doug Olausen has been very helpful and courteous in setting up a storage spot for my boat. The storage spot for my boat lets me easily drop off my boat in the storage facility, and to hook up my boat when leaving the storage facility. Also, I noticed there are several "security signs" at this storage facility. This is the 3rd straight summer that I have stored my boat at this storage location and I will continue to do so for as long as I own my boat. I was stressing out about what to do with my stuff I currently have stored here at Simply Self Storage. We are about to close on a home and it does not close until the end of the month, and we want to move our stuff out of the storage before so we don't have to pay another month. Finally, I called Doug and he was very understanding and accommodating. Doug totally understood what I was going through and was willing to work with me as long as I was able to move my stuff out in the next few days into the new month. He was willing to go beyond and prorate and charge and charge me daily for how many days I neee to keep my stuff in storage as long as I don't go pass the 10 days. He took all the stress if was having of rushing my move. I have been with them for over a year and I have had no issues. Thank you Doug :)

I have been parking my commercial work vehicle here for over 2 years. Excellent customer service, they have gone out of their way to accommodate me numerous times.

Storage is great, the manager is on his job. You wont lose any sleep with your valuables in this facility I assure you. The cameras actually work and the gentleman working on grounds actually pays attention to what is going on there. I have never trusted storage facilities until now.

I rented a unit at this property for years, the property as a whole is very clean, they had pallets for me to use when I moved in, and sometimes I have to get something out of the unit in the evening and the property is really well lit making it very easy. The staff there is very personable, always standing when I come in to make a payment and greeting me with a smile. Sara is great with her customers and sometimes I wish I could get that kind of service where ever I go, but in this day and age it's very rare to come across service like this. What brought me here in the first place was the location, and pricing, being close to the house and the lowest prices around they had me in the door, but once I experienced the customer service they had me hooked.
