I just wanted to say that the office manager went above and beyond today at the iStorage in Greenville, MS. I am the current owner of Unit #9. My been packed to the gills... (all the up to the door)... My caretaker tried numerous times to get the storage door open on her own. She finally gave up. She stopped by the office. Mentioned it to the office manager. I just moved out. The place was clean and they made it real easy to rent a space. Everybody in the office was nice, especially Sybul.

I really liked how easy it was to rent from there. They basically have "no-contact" renting. I did it all online and the unit was waiting for me.

Both times, I was able to get the unit size I reserved. They let you look at the unit before you sign a lease, so you know exactly what you're getting. The facility and grounds are clean and driving space isn't tight. They have a good number of security cameras, so I'm confident my property is safe. I would reccomend them.
