This is a solid storage facility and I definitely recommend it, but it would probably be less remarkable without Jo Ann. She makes this SecurCare special, and adds a very personal touch! She treats renters like people, and has been able to help me out when life happens or things have gone awry (which is very infrequently - truly this place lives up to the "secure" title).

If you only need it for a year or two, the good news is that the place is clean, monitored, and well-maintained. That’s down to the local manager, Justin. He’s super-responsible and very responsive, and when it comes to keeping your stuff in good condition, that goes a long way. If you’re looking for a short-term space you can feel confident about, Justin is the reason for the five stars. On the other hand, if you’re in need of a long-term space, keep in mind that the corporate overlords relentlessly raise the rent at least annually. (I ended up becoming disabled, so my stuff has been stuck there for years. As a result, they’re currently charging me $272 a month for a space they’re advertising to new customers for $48!) Short-term, though, you’ll be fine. Justin will take care of you.

She was courteous and professional, just as she was in site to complete our transaction, when she simultaneously dealt with several customers while managing to make us all feel welcome. Customer Service was great. Jessica helped me out when I needed to make a payment and put a card on auto pay. She was patient and friendly. She was 5 stars. The reason it was 4 star was because the hallway lights don't work and the elevator did not work after I loaded my stuff on it.

Every time I go into the Right Space storage the manager is always working to keep the area cleaned and safe. I remember replacing my lock and the next day Debbie called me and asked if I had replaced my lock and I said yes. She knew it already because every morning she looks for the stickers on every storage space and mine was missing. Love the service from Debbie and I appreciate a great job that she does.

Parker was lovely! Walked us all around the property and helped us pick our the perfect spot for our rig. Property itself is paved, spacious, gated, monitored by cameras, and all the leaves were being blown off property while we were there. Parker let us know that they do endeavor to keep the property very clean. A great experience and we are so happy to have found a new home for our "stuff"!

I rented a unit and forgot all about it for a couple weeks. I called one Friday because I saw a charge on my credit card, well I found out then I actually had a storage unit. We needed temporary storage for items while home is being built and with ease was shown best options and how to properly accommodate them without trying to go to larger unit and more $$. If you are willing to move your stuff to a new unit ever few months, the front desk will help you get cheaper promo rates. Checked a few storage units for pricing. Right Space had the cleanest and secure storage. Prices are all about the same. Tanya was more than helpful, she showed us empty units so we could compare size. She also went over all the cost details., so we understood the walk out price. The place is clean and usually pretty quite. The reason for the 3 stars is because in the year that we used this storage unit the praise was raised at least 3 times. If I look online now the going rate for my unit is half of what I’m paying now. Just be prepared for them to up their prices.

Experience has been overall great, however, I came to your facility today (have climate control storage). There is a unit two doors down that is pouring water out of unit and no number to call and employee is on lunch. There’s no way to let anyone know of this situation. No emergency management number. Nothing.

Ive been using Rightspace storage for a year and they have been great. The facility is easy to access with easy parking and elevators and carts always available. Albert, the manager always super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend over some of the other places i’ve used in Ventura.

Cookie is great always so polite and helpful. Definitely frustrating how often prices go up though!

I registered in person at the office on Easthampton Road. The attendant was helpful and friendly, taking us back to the available unit, which was completely clean, so we could make sure it was the right size. He explained everything well. He also fortunately told us to expect the contract by email. When I didn't see it I called the main number, and that person (also friendly and courteous) reminded me to check my spam folder, which is where it was. She walked me through the process, and all was well.

I’ve rented units at this location several times, as well as another iStorage location in town. I would choose this location over others for a number of reasons, such as great prices and unit options, security, easy access, and exceptional customer service from Reva. She recently saved the day when I immediately needed a larger unit than the one I’d rented. I was already on site with a moving van and hired movers with me, and she was able to quickly swap my unit to accommodate the extra space I needed.

We moved from a large unit to a smaller one and the swap was easy as can be - great service! Can’t say enough good things about them

As for the property itself, it's in a very good location but the driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention. The best thing about this location is the 10:00 p.m. gate hours.

I stopped by the store to rent and I am so glad to see that Jennarae is still there. I can see that the property has been painted and so nice and clean, as usual. If you need storage, go to IStorage in Hermitage and let Jennarae take good care of you.

The initial review stands but what you don't know is I only posted this 2 months ago and got a notice that my rent for my unit would be raised $25.00. I have only been there 2 months! Ya'll all know this is considered gouging and there is a lot of this going around. Well this place is no different. I would not advise anyone coming here. They bank on you not wanting to move your stuff again, so you will end up paying that high rental fee after just being there a very short time. I let people know because you deserve to be treated fairly and so do I. I called them about it and they attempted to pamper me by saying call back at the end of November so we can wave it off until January. Why not wait until at least 6 months before you raise my unit rental. This is scandalous and I do not recommend anyone to use this company if they are doing this. I've heard they have a hotline established now for companies that are gouging prices. If anyone can assist me the number, please provide it to me. It will be greatly appreciated or an agency I can report this to. They throw in that little statement where it says your rental fee can be subject to change and thinks that justifies unfair business practices, well it doesn't. Unsatisfied and upset.

Lately I have been so busy to run around at the appropriate time. The website let me rent a unit and pay for it without having to go into the office. That next morning I was already dropping off items in my storage locker. It was very easy and helps with the busy schedule to do everything online.

Adobe storage fit all my needs from online looking them up and booking the unit.  It was last minute move didn’t have much money location and prices was affordable and the unit was clean, ready and spacious, when I communicated I needed xtra time after hours they extended them so I could get the job done with moving. Thank you Adobe storage I will refer you to family and friends in this area!🙌🏾🙏🏽

this place is ok they have people living on the property and they keep the grounds fairly clean. My brand new trailer got damaged on the property and they had no camera footage so I would not trust there security system and I never drove my trailer since I purchased it so the damage happened there plus there gate stays open a lot meaning anyone can come in also they close at 10 pm and if you run late and try to log out at 10:02 your locked in it happened to me and I had to call the police to let me out.

Signed up on site in North Liberty - great staff and team on Site - Met with Megan Ryan the manager - and she was very helpful - showed me the unit and other options, walked me through the sign up process Very nice having someone friendly and knowledgeable on site! Thank You - Bill

It is convenient (near the I-10 freeway in Indio), spacious, easy access, clean, secure and very competitively priced. And, above all, Claudia the manager, has been very helpful and friendly. Also, we’d like to thank Brenda at the SecurCare facility in nearby Coachella. We had visited the Coachella facility first, but Brenda referred us to Claudia in Indio, which had the storage unit size we were looking for and is closer to our home. Thank you both very much!

Great location on route 9 eastbound. Easy access just about any time of day, and they have units in just about every size to fit your needs. The staff are all polite and helpful. They have outdoor units as well as climate controlled indoor units.

The office managers are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. I stored my RV there for a year. Although I would have liked a better lot. I was squeezed between a large RV, which was parked close to boundary line and the other side were two rustic cars that had been sitting there over 10 years. But having Bruce & Mary Jane helping me thru the beginning and ending process meant the world to me!

I've been renting storage at NW storage for almost a year. Before the new manager, Isiah, arrived the storage location was in bad condition and run unprofessionally. Isiah really got the location in excellent condition and is maintaining it. He is professional, helpful, and kind. I thought someone had taken an item out of my unit that I left unmonitored due to trying to get phone reception. I looked everywhere fore it and told Isiah. Isiah checked the CC TV and the record of who was in the building during the time. I was so amazed he took the time to do that. Fortunately, I made a mistake and located the item in another location. I promptly told Isiah my mistake because he was still helping me. I am grateful that NW Storage has such a great manager.

I can’t believe how easy and quick it was to rent a unit from iStorage in Brighton. They gave me a tour & showed me all the different options available, so I could make an informed decision.
