What I liked about this place is they didn't ask and arm and a leg for a 10 x 10 shed. If course I used it less than a couple months so my rates didn't increase . If they would have .... I'm paying 170.00/ mo for a 10 x 10 but I've had it almost 2 yrs. No one should pay upwards of $200 for a storage shed when they're on a fixed income of $800/ mo. Just because they want to keep what's left of their life. It's sad.

She made the process so easy, I needed to change the size of my storage and she did it within seconds, her customer service skills were SUPERB!!! She even helped me open my storage room because I couldn't do it. Thank you Catt, You ARE THE BEST !!!! IStorage, YOU HIRED A GREAT LADY!!! KEEP HER ON BOARD FOREVER!! This is a wonderful storage business. It’s always clean and organized. It’s also a great place to pick up your rental vehicle to move your belongings. The best part of the place is the customer service provided by Jennifer. She is awesome!! She extremely nice and professional. While I’m there taking care of things talking to her feels like talking to family. She is helpful and goes the extra mile to resolve issues or concerns. She definitely deserves a raise! Keep her there for OUR benefit.

I had Khalil help me not only get the unit that was just right for my needs but he also was able to help me get a moving vehicle to make my entire moving process simple and easy. I have had a storage here for almost 5 years, anytime I needed to change My payment date, or needed assistance with anything they were super helpful. I have since moved to another state, I stopped in to clean out my storage today. I need to have my lock cut because I lost my keys. As soon as entered in the office, they were really friendly. They came and cut mine promptly and got me out of there so I can be on the road. I highly recommend the storage.

I was looking for a local storage that at least had an office for any minimal customer service needs. Instead I found an extremely helpful front office hosted by Daren who answers questions and got me setup with storage space.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STORAGE CENTER. The manager, Marilyn, was both PROFESSIONAL and ACCOMMODATING. She explained everything thoroughly.....additionally, she took the time to tour me through the facility and direct me to the most suitable unit for my particular needs. She sincerely went above and beyond her duties (in my opinion) to get me situated into my new unit. Before I left, she once again took the time to make sure I understood all facets of the facility, as well as the contract between ISTORAGE, and myself. Bridget Rodriguez, in the Hollister, CA facility, provides fantastic customer service and support. We have been customer's at this location since 2011 and haven't been able to get back to our storage since 2018! Although we haven't met in person, she is so friendly and helpful that we actually look forward to our monthly conversations, since we consider her more as a friend than anything else. All her customers most likely feel the same way.

Lisa was great in helping us find a unit with the right measurements we need. The garage doors for our unit are feet 6 inches wide which is a plus. She helped us with taking the exact measurements before we looked at the unit, and was very helpful in getting everything set up so we could move things in.

The website was easy to navigate. Walking into my unit in under an hour, includes home Depot stop. Hannah was welcoming me giving me a map and had the kung-fu grip to open my lock packaging. Very friendly, hassle free and great rate!

Just signed up yesterday but so far the service has been great. Mark was very helpful and easy to work with. The space is new so it’s very clean. There’s plenty of parking and an elevator next to the office so it’s very clean should be easy to access.

I can’t recommend this storage center enough. We’ve had our valuables stored here for years, and in that time Loann has literally treated us like family. The units are clean and spacious, and you cannot beat the area. You really need to look to look no further- this is the ideal place for your treasures.

10/10 I’ve been renting storage with SecureCare for a couple of years and I’ve never had any issues. Property is kept clean and Mr. Mike is always kind and informative. I’d recommend to family and friends.

Michael Holmes has the customer service of 100 people! One of the best to ever do it. Always friendly and polite, with one of the most contagious smiles. The only reason I still have a storage there is because if Micheal “Mike”. I started leasing my storage in March 2024 and in July my storage went up $72.00. Mike called and had it waive and the following month it went back up to $72.00. It makes no sense to me that I was not made. I don’t think that it is fair and I haven’t the storage a year. The only reason why I am still with the storage company is because of Mike.

Very clean faculties. I called to request information and had my questions answered and then received a follow up call for the specific location from Andrea in under 30mins! I wondered if they had locks on site (you can purchase them for $17 in the office which is cheaper then most at hardware stores).They do have carts on site to make moving things a much easier process. I was able to get a storage unit the same day. Andrea was very helpful in walking me through the process of how the facility works and getting me set up. Would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a storage unit.

We have rented for a long time and have always been pleased. Scarlett is the main contact, and she is awesome!!! Very customer service oriented and does everything she can to take care of anything you need. I cannot recommend Scarlett and SecurCare highly enough. They are great!

Highly recommend this wonderful location for storage. I used this facility for about three months until I moved back into my home. I rented a large abs medium size storage unit. The property and storage units were always clean be well lit lightings outside.

Went in to the storage place to see about downsizing my unit as I didn't need my big one anymore. The staff was amazing with helping me decide on the right size for what I had in my storage space. The process to switching units was done with ease. It's been 2 1/2 years I have been using this place and staff has always been wonderful.

Nice clean facility BUT 2 of the doors to get in are broken, so getting to my unit is not fun from the only door available on the other side of the building. I had to literally walk from one end to the other with each load!

Awesome building in a great location. Easy to navigate. Honestly just rent a unit to check out the architecture and elevator. Tad showed me around and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Remington at the Derby location behind the Casey's was incredible. We had reserved, paid for, and signed our lease all online, however it ended up being at another location than what we wanted. Remington was able to get us transferred over to his units all within 10-15 min. Remington was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. This was the most pleasant move in I have ever had! I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for storage needs!

I chose the storage because it was close to my house and the prices were reasonable. The manager was VERY helpful and professional. She addressed all my questions and concerns. When I rented a second unit and then found i needed a larger one, she helped me do an upgrade and saved me money in the process. Both my units are clean and dry. 10/10.

I am currently using an indoor climate controlled unit. The rental process was quite simple and this facility is modern and clean. The manager on site has always been readily available and accommodating.

Mike was very helpful guiding me to rent my first storage unit. He followed up with my reservation number only moments after I made it, then when I came in to look at what I reserved he answered all my questions I had. Mike is very friendly and straightforward, I highly recommend talking to him if you are thinking about getting a storage space.

Been here for a long time now. Never have i had an issue. Zach the new manager has stepped up to a new standard of customer service compared to how it was prior. All my needs are met. All my questions are answered. The new gentleman Tyler is amazing and great with all thing on the property. I never saw this much cleaning and attention to customers and the grounds before Zach & Tyler. Great guys.

The owner was extremely helpful. The facility has plenty of space to drive around with a truck and trailer. Very pleased with our decision to move our stuff here.

The process to lease online is very simple and quick. Once the lease is signed though vital information about how to gain access to the unit is missing. I called customer service and received my gate pin ….. and that’s as far as the customer service went. Upon arrival the front office was closed ( 3pm ). The Gate to the units itself is damaged and wide open so anyone has access to the units with or without the gate code. After 15 minutes of waiting and driving around on the property I found my unit. Units are not clearly marked. Another 10 minutes afterI saw the associate who then told me I have to buy my own lock and if I would want one from them, I’d have to pay $19. After obtaining my own lock I returned to the unit. Unit itself is clean and spacious. The damaged gate however is a concern for my Items safety on the property.

Jenna at I-Storage in EDH was very understanding and helpful in coordinating my intra storage location move. My concerns were addressed quickly and transaction took only about 15 minutes.

I normally don’t give reviews but I was there over the summer and stop in to get information about units if I needed them in case I move. I spoke with a very friendly happy professional young lady I believe her name was Bonnie. She gave me prices and showed the different units that could work for my needs. She took the time to answer my questions and concerns. The facility was incredibly clean. Unbelievable clean. The cleanest units I have ever seen. I unfortunately did not get my transfer so I have no need to go forward with a unit. But, I will definitely pass on the information for any of my coworkers/friends who are looking. Thank you Bonnie.

We have been here for about a year and have had nothing but wonderful service.
