Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Customer service was above and beyond! He helped us with everything we needed and made sure we were doing ok during the move out! However, there is no light in the storage after dark so you have to be done by a certain time of day or else you won't have light. On top of that the storage sheds are just that. They are not air tight and some moisture still got in which made any boxes almost impossible to lift since they were breaking some.

We’ve had our stuff in storage for some time now. I’m suuuuuper forgetful, but our stuff has never been in “Storage Wars”. The new Property Manager, Joshua was pleasant and kind. The trainer on site had great customer service skills. If we had to store more items, we’d definitely go there.

Having been a long standing customer of Parkville storage, on EFT pay, I was surprised that my first contact with iStorage was a past due email. I went to the site a little miffed and confused but a very nice lady named Connie explained the situation to me and help me get back on EFT and I now feel confident that we will continue a nice working relationship.

Nuestro auto que llevaba dias parado ahí se le murió la batería así que pedimos ayuda en la oficina y el señor de mantenimiento muy amablemente nos pasó carga pero no funcionó así que nos llevo en su camioneta a comprar la batería incluso nos presto algunas herramientas.
