The staff are really nice people, I like the staff, but right as you come in, and it is fixing to make a right turn in the mornings the people renting the first unit there always block the way in and act like they own the place, big inconvenience for me because my unit is turning to the right, and now I have to go out of my way because this people have no concern, for other people needs....

Online experience was great! Phone communication was great! In store experience was great! Follow up to my voicemail question was quick and great! Very clean property, expectations of me as a tenant were clear and direct (I prefer this style). Price is good for unit with a.c. and my own handy dandy light was an added bonus, definitely convenient and helpful for what I need. Thanks for the great service. Definitely recommend.

I wasn’t expecting to get such a great deal, but I actually did. It was in My price range. The young was very friendly and knowledgeable . She put me in an area that was suitable for me. She make sure that everything worked before I left. Plus, they have a lot of great reviews. I only seen one bad review, but I don’t see how they’re upset because one thing she did emphasize on was insurance. To either purchase their insurance or to use your own renters insurance. Me personally, I use my own insurance, but I definitely recommend this place.

On site manager was very helpful and friendly. Showed me what was available and gave me the run down on the place. Getting set up was quick and easy and if I ever have any issues for whatever reason I have no doubt the staff will get things squared away, right away.

Sabrina was awesome and has great costumer service skills. I had actually reserved a unit at one of your competitors.at a lower rate. However they wouldn't answer the phone to complete my application. When I called Freedom, this person answered,( Sabrina) and from the beginning she simplified it and didn't attempt to pressure me or over sell me. Originally I wasn't going to be able to go by Freedom to view the units until Friday, however because of Sabrina's professionalism,I changed my schedule and went over before closing Thursday and rented a unit from her and even bought a lock. Thank you Sabrina for your excellent customer service !!!

I love having my storage but the fee of 150.00$/monthly for my tiny storage is about too much money. Especially with my tiny storage. That's like 5-6feet wide and 10-12ft long. At a guesstimate!

These guys are great! The people in the office give great customer service. My only gripe with this facility is the gate hours. You can only access your storage from 5am-8pm. It's rather inconvenient.

Decent prices. Location is just dependent on where you live. Didn't look to have any controlled temperature spaces but it was clean and affordable. It's just down from Texas Station on Vegas.
