It's ok but the rates continue to increase frequently

I rented a unit and moved in yesterday (2/11/25) and found Justin (Property Manager) to be incredibly helpful!

Great staff and very convenient locations.

So far great experience. Online process was easy and I immediately had access to my unit. I read every single word and condition of the contract, lease, etc. There were zero mention of the possibility of a price increase, in fact multiple times the wording reinforced that the cost was what was being shown. I mention this because if they raise the rent on me I fully plan to come back here to update you all. But until (if) that happens I'm giving them 5 stars.

Justin was so nice and helpful in getting us into a storage unit and made the process a breeze. The unit is secure, clean, and conveniently located just off the interstate.

This facility is managed by the nicest couple of guys you could ever meet when in need of storage. Definitely come here first.

Rented a unit for 4 months to deal with moving. The service was great, my unit was clean, dry, and odor free. Access was very easy, using a pin # to enter the gate. The introductory price that was offered at the time I signed up helped my cost quite a bit! After that, the price was on par with other locations. If you need a unit, I highly recommend this facility!

Very good service - easy to register and the customer service onsite and central were very accomodating of my requests.

If you only need it for a year or two, the good news is that the place is clean, monitored, and well-maintained. That’s down to the local manager, Justin. He’s super-responsible and very responsive, and when it comes to keeping your stuff in good condition, that goes a long way. If you’re looking for a short-term space you can feel confident about, Justin is the reason for the five stars. On the other hand, if you’re in need of a long-term space, keep in mind that the corporate overlords relentlessly raise the rent at least annually. (I ended up becoming disabled, so my stuff has been stuck there for years. As a result, they’re currently charging me $272 a month for a space they’re advertising to new customers for $48!) Short-term, though, you’ll be fine. Justin will take care of you.

Only reason I did not give a 5 star is because of the rapid fluctuations in pricing . One day can be the price you absolutely desire and the next the deal no longer exists. Besides that little dislike seems all is well . Great service at the office .

We dropped off our rental truck here and the man was so Nice!! Very friendly and helpful!! A few days later my husband realized he may have left his driving glasses in the truck so we frantically called. The same man called my husband right back and told him he went through the whole truck but no glasses were found. Again he was very helpful!!! Most places would not do that for you. Thank goodness the glasses were found later that day in my husbands car instead. We would rent a truck from this place again because of the great service they provided!! Very professional people!!!

The manager was so incredibly nice and helpful. They let me know about newly available units when I asked and closed my lease before I had the chance to let them know I’d moved out of the unit. Overall superb customer service & such a great experience.

Renting was simple straight forward and quick.

Clean and service was good. The pricing for storage units which is based on demand is way too high. I couldn't get a pricing on another unit until the time, as it goes up and down with demand. It appears "greed has run a muck".

The place is run by a couple of down to Earth and generally really cool dudes. They were patient, helpful, and eager to make the experience as smooth as possible. Would definitely consider renting my next appartment from them, but that'll probably violate some county housing laws.
