If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Honestly the process was quick and easy. Prices are amazing compared to some of the other places close by for the unit size we got. All around happy with this storage unit. One thing I wish for is an app so it would be a little easier paying online. But honestly it's still simple. No complaints. Will definitely recommend friends.

Good prices. Just wish they were flexible on the dates. Had it for 2 months then had to pay for a full month even though I only used it for 3 days out of 30 due to closing on a house.

Ralph makes the experience without him it wouldn't be the same he is very customer-oriented the second you meet him you feel like you've been best friends for years he'll do anything he can to help you just an amazing person great personality so glad we met him I have and will recommend this place to everybody.

Rented a unit last weekend from Goffstown Back Road Self Storage. Ralph is a gem....courteous and professional. I love how well lit it is at night as I have been filtering through our items while we renovate our house all hours of the day. Facility is brand new and it’s clean and I find it safe with all the cameras and gate. Highly recommend!!
So happy with our new storage unit! If you are looking in the Southern New Hampshire area I recommend this place. The facility is brand new and the security has cameras and a gate 24 hours. What made this storage unit stand out was the manager. He was very knowledgeable and nice. You can tell he cares and it shows. Makes you feel like your belongings are safe and being care for.
