Denise and Xion were absolutely amazing. We were having many issues with me using the website and they went above and beyond to help me.

Went there yesterday with my mom & tiny chihuahua .. we were instantly welcomed with XION aka DoubleX 😅 with arms wide open! He held my dog the entire time and even went in the back to grab her water since it's so hot. He showed us 2 units and made sure we got the best deal possible for the 1 we chose. I was upset on the ride there because I unfortunately have to move & after leaving there, I felt much better. His energy was enough to turn any1s mood into a positive 1. He held the door open for my mom every chance he got and made sure we both were comfortable with our purchase. He really deserves a raise if he hasn't gotten one in awhile. I was looking for a storage space due to my daughter moving in. I made a reservation at the storage place next door to iStorage possibly called Life Storage! As I stumbled in thinking I had a reservation I was told the place I was looking for is next door. As I looked around weighing my options. I really liked Tion in the office. He was like no problem but take a minute and tell me what you need maybe I can help. Since it was already 4:30 and both were closing at 5pm. I figured hey always get a second estimate right. Well I’m so glad and satisfied I did. I ended up doing business with Tion at iStorage, because he was very sincere and I could tell right away how clean the office and grounds were kept that I made the right choice. I was in the crazy throws of life and needed to find affordable, climate-controlled storage for my things until I was able to get stable. They made this process so easy and helped alleviate some of the headaches I was experiencing during that time. The office staff was always friendly and helpful and they made sure my property was secured and safe from any harm. They were phenomenal and you will not be disappointed. Convenient location, hours and payment portal was just the cherry on top.

Securing a unit was a breeze... I dealt with the dynamic, tag team duo of Janice and Denise at the front desk. They took me around to the different units for climate control and after exploring rates online, cheaper than securing via the front office!, I was in and out.

I used this company for a few months while I was between moves. I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff was great and the unit itself was clean and in great condition. It was an overall easy process to get the unit and cancel when I needed to. I am very pleased with this storage company and would definitely use again in the future if needed.

IStorage is fantastic. Very clean, secure and excellently maintained. We stored our rv there and the price was excellent. We live in philly and wanted to keep the rv somewhere safe. 20 minutes from philly, we couldn’t ask for anywhere better. Now Janice and Denise are wonderful. Denise unsold me on the next larger space and it was still 60% of cubesmart. Cube smart indeed! I’ve rented storage There for the past 2 years. They have increased my rent for a 10x10 unit from 140 to 220 per month. There is nothing smart about that. Do yourself a favor, save some money and make some new friends. I was unsure about size and length of rental she was very thorough explaining the process. In addition, My aunt would be arriving on Sunday when the office was closed. We transferred our unit over to a bigger one and Denise was super helpful. She showed us the unit and luckily it's right across from our old one so moving our boxes won't be an issue. Thank you I storage for being super awesome!

The only drawback to this facility is that the units are outside, but that wasn’t an issue with me. Good security at the place, very friendly and helpful people, especially Denise,the property manager. The units are clean, well kept, and very accessible.

We had a great experience with iStorage. The ladies in the office were most efficient and made the rental easy to do. They called the day before we were due to rent and offered us a chance to come down and look at their storage. When we got to the unit it was clean and the driveways and buildings are well lit. I liked the fact that the office is open during the week until 6PM. If we needed storage again I would rent from iStorage.

This was the first time I have ever dealt with renting a storage unit. Nonetheless, have nothing but great things to say about iStorage. I rented an inside unit, I think it was 10 x 15 initially, and I downsized it twice before closing it out after almost 2 years. They were very accommodating, and when they were not in office, they would say when they were returning. They were very clear on all charges and fees, and like I said, being new to renting these things, I greatly appreciated the service. And the units very clean and dry, and the doors on all units worked perfectly,

Stored my household belongings here for 9 months. Denise in the office helped us on day 1 and on our last day and our experience could not have been any better. Our belongings were safe and secure (and dry) and we had no issues whatsoever. Would store things here again and highly recommend.

She explained what unit size she thought was needed by a few simple questions , then showed me the units so I could make a decision with no feeling of pressure. . The property is well lite, gated for security and the grounds are well kept. I would recommend I-Storage Blackwood.

I appreciate excellent customer service which is what I get from Denise the manager & the staff. I used their truck for move in. I've had the large climate controlled and now a small climate control. A gated storage facility makes a difference to me. If something needs maintenance I mention to Denise & she takes care of it. Convenient location.

This storage facility was great! My wife and I needed a place to store our items during a move. Denise worked with us to find the appropriately sized unit for our requirements and didn't try to sell us a larger unit than we needed. She also let us know about promotions iStorage was having and gave us a great deal that perfectly suited our needs. When we needed a moving truck, Denise allowed us to use the iStorage truck for a time that was convenient for our move so we wouldn't feel rushed. They are also located in a great spot on the Black Horse Pike that provides easy access from a variety of areas. I cannot sing enough praise regarding how good the service was at this location. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The prices are the best in the area. The staff is friendly. Never had any issues in the year or two I had a unit there (and neither have my parents who have a storage unit as well). Moving out was really easy - I was able to do it online and they sent me the termination notice via email. If I moved back to the area and needed a place to store my things, I would use iStorage in Blackwood again!

I stored my possessions here a little over a year ago, for several months and I'm using it again. The service this time is the same as when I used it before...GREAT! Have recently moved to South Jersey and needed storage for a short time until our house was built. Found this location by doing a web search and when my wife and I went there to check it out we were greeted by Clarence who was very nice and professional. The office was clean and the units where spacious and in excellent shape. Even though this was our first storage place we had looked at, I knew right away from the location, price and the security they offer that this would be a good place to store our belongings. We stored our belongings with them for 5 months no issues, check them out, they really are a great place.
