My representative at I-Storage is Lisa P. I do not live in but rent my unit in NJ. Lisa P has been my lifeline in regard to managing my unit and my account. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. She will call to remind me when my bill is becoming due to avoid late fee. When I do visit she greets me with a warm smile and this personal touch mean that I am more than a customer. It means that she has created a personal relationship with me as a customer and that reassures me that my belonging are in good care at IStorage. They close at 6pm and we arrived at 5:40pm we were he told by several people that's just as long as we made it by 5:45 we were okay then we have got there they were already closed the guy who work there explain to us that we had to be there by 5:30 in order to get a unit due to the paperwork and cleaning the unit and everything else. He was already in the process of closing but because you were paying with card still help us with getting our unit. He was very kind, apologetic, absolutely amazing. I would recommend other people going there. And I am truly grateful for him and everything he did for us

I was looking for somewhere to store my vehicle for the winter and visited a few places prior but the staff were rude or too busy to help me. I rode around and saw istorage in the corner of my eyes while driving and I rushed right in. The lady Rashida was prompt and very professional plus she answered all of my questions. I was sold and her help was great. I finally have the peace of mind knowing my vehicle will be properly stored for the winter months. Thanks guys✌️

First and foremost Ms. Ariana was by herself yet handle calls 2 customers in front of me as well as one customer behind me . She works like it’s 3 people in the store yet you don’t feel in the least bit rushed. She’s sweet , attentive and smiles a lot. iStorage is the best in the business, especially the location on Mitchell Ave!!! Prices are competitive. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I had an experience where the roll up door started to give me problems. They went above and beyond to get it fixed within a few days. It's a no brainer... If you need a storage unit, iStorage on Mitchell Ave is the way to go!!!

This place is nice the only problem I guess is the area that it's in the kind of people that store their stuff here first day we came here a woman was outside yelling and screaming on her phone texting and everything. Not the places fault they seems very clean and neat

Management worked hard at honoring a promotion promised prior to move-in date. Unit is well-built and in a safe area. Very pleased with my choice to store my belongings at this facility.

Their customer service is superb and prices are very competitive. The grounds and unit were very clean and well-kept unlike my previous experience at Public Storage in Philly...the employees were super unprofessional, loading bays dirty, mice infestations, and bums hanging out most of the time. Lily at I-Storage was super helpful and professional, very friendly and courteous. I could tell she took pride in her job and spoke very highly of her employer as she works at different locations. She even swept the unit clean before I unloaded into my unit! I feel confident entrusting my property at a business with such awesome customer service. Thank you!! A+++

Just signed on with these guys and I have to say I am very impressed the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions and I had a lot. Their rates are very reasonable and the facility is nice. I am very big on shopping around and after all my research these guys were clear cut the best so they got my business.

I never do reviews but I felt I should for this facility. I have dealt with many storage companies over the years in different states. This was by far the best experience yet. The building is very clean. They were very helpful, accommodating and made the move in experience quick and easy. And I did my homework....the pricing cannot be beat!!! I just left another storage company that was closer to me because they changed owners. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the new company. I don't mind traveling the extra distance for good customer service. By the way, I am an actual customer, I do not know anyone at the facility nor am I being paid for this review.
