I moved to this storage unit after their competitor tried to double their rates, I thought the price may have been a sign of poor service but I was wrong! I have had nothing but the most pleasant conversations with both the property manager and the other manager here, they have helped me with every single problem I have had and have been as professional as they come. My long-term plan was not to keep the storage unit but honestly I don't mind coming here. There is only one controlled gate in and out, which causes a slight traffic problem at times, but for the price I can deal with it.

Have used i storage on county road many times and never had an issue there's always somebody at the front desk during hours that is going to help from parallel to other storage units the price is pretty accurate and pretty easy to find. They offer hand trucks if needed you get a pin to enter the storage lot and you provide your own lock and key, very easy to find your storage room. Great customer service line so if you need assistance you can reach someone at any time of day or night.

Fantastic pricing. While it is a no-frills place, who needs frills when you are storing goods? I rented an inside space that is 60% less expensive than the inside space I had in Freehold. Since the iStorage is only 15 minutes from my home, it is a "win-win" for me.

I would actually give 5 Stars if it weren't for the one way entrance gate which is dangerous and a fire hazard. The staff is professional and friendly.

Renting a storage unit from iStorage was simple and painless. I had reserved my unit online and followed up in person with Courtney the next day. I rented a unit yesterday with the help of employee, Courtney. I am a first time renter, due to a fire in my home, and so I needed a place to put my things asap and at the best possible price. Although at this point I cannot attest to the quality of the storage unit itself, Courtney's customer service alone was 5 star. She was happy to show me around so I could see the size of the different units, quickly streamlined the process, and made it as stress free as possible. Just rented a unit here was a little taken back by the office; seems the roof had recently been ripped off the office area, (Am concerned for the health and safety of the two people that work in that office as it smelled moldy and unhealthy at best) After Joe gave us walk thru I felt better as the units were clean and are being reburbished. Joe was very helpful, showed us two units and wanted to make sure we got the size unit we needed. Returned to the office did the paperwork and was glad to get out of the office. Hope the office gets repaired before I have to return to it.

I have been a client for over 3 years. The service by a young lady Carmen has been courteous, professional, and lovely since of humor also extremely pleasant. She calls to remind me to make sure I pay on time and pleasure to deal with. The property is really clean and the prices are reasonable. So far so good no complaints. Lovely place.
