Used Istorgae for a couple of years while we moved from Chelmsford. Never any issues, unit was large, well lit, easy access, dry and clean. We closed out our account recently and both Lily and Amanda were extremely helpful and courteous. They took great care in letting me know all of the details, and made sure their computer was updated with the correct closure dates to avoid any billing issues with Autopay. Paul was friendly and easy to deal with, was setting up shelving in the unit within the hour. Right on route 9 very convenient. Love the ease of getting out of the facility, you don't have to enter a code to exit.

You can't even imagine the stress I was under that week, nothing went right for me. The very last thing I had to do before getting on my plane was to drop my truck at storage. Thank God I had chosen iStorage Self Storage in Howell. I'm certain that they thought I was bananas. While packing, someone packed my GPS, and I had turned off data on my phone bc I was a Covid-19 hermit for 8 or so months. I must have called Courtney 5 or 6 times, admittedly, almost in tears, for directions. She not only got me there, she handled everything for me as if I was related to her. Fantastic price, too. Another storage place quoted me just over $300 for the same space I got at iStorage for less than half that! I wouldn't think twice about them any time in the future, they know they have a customer for life. Check them out, across from the new animal hospital.

We had the best experience at the Howell location today! Courtney was so personable and helpful from the beginning. She got us set up, explained everything and had us on our way quickly. We were happy to know we could move our stuff in today, immediately. What amazing service!!!

We rented a climate controlled unit almost two months ago. So far so good. We called around for rates and iStorage was always the most competitive rate around. We did not go see other units though so I don't have much to compare it to. One thing I do feel is that the storage unit seems pretty warm (not as climate controlled as I thought it would be). I thought climate controlled meant the temperature would be room temperature but it seems a bit warmer and I assume will seem a bit cooler in Winter. Again, I don't have anything to compare this to so it may be normal.

Thomas was very helpful in answering the million questions my husband and I had asked. My husband is hard of hearing, so Thomas had to repeat himself a lot, but he did it so kindly. Courtney was also a big help in showing us the different units. We are from Montana, so we are trying to figure a lot of things out, and they were very patient with us exploring our options for storage. They were very attentive to our needs and we are coming back to rent today.

I was looking for a storage place and found this. It's an excellent facility, and Courtney and Thomas were wonderful to work with.

Needed storage for a few months in-between moving locations. Staff was congenial, knowledgeable, my property never got wet in the outdoor unit. Terminating the lease was a breeze. Will use this business location again.

I’ve been a tenant of Istorage since it was uncle bobs about 4-5 years ago. First I would like to say the manager at this facility is top notch. Mark is a great guy who goes out of his way to meet the needs of this tenants. He is an attentive, knowledgeable guy who always seems to be there to help you. I wish I could say the same about the customer support I received over the phone. I had and issue with trying to get to my unit after a snow storm, which the lot was not cleared for 2 days. I’ve had a couple other issues their none of which are the property managers fault but lie in corporate. Mark does his best to remedy the situation with the power he is given. I use Istorage due to the fact there are very limited places to store trailers and I will continue to use them in the foreseeable future

Friendliest Staff and Easiest storage facility I have used! The people there, Diana and Dave, are Helpful, CARING and went the extra mile to make sure that the stress of having my belongings in storage was not such a stressful time in my life!!! I have used a LOT of storage units along my travels, and this location has been the least stressful, most friendly and most caring facility I have ever used! The workers there take the time leave you a voicemail if you forgot to pay your bill, or because you have a simple late fee coming up. (I had every thing I owned in storage and lost my job, so I was late for two months!!! Diana and Dave always showed personal concern that I was going to loose everything I have worked for.) They were always so caring and helpful. Diana and Dave at iStorage, Howell, made the stress of having my life in storage,… manageable and not as scary of an experience that I thought it would be! Diana and Dave eased my worries, and I have never received such an understanding, friendly attitude at any other storage facility I have ever used when my payment was late!!! (I guarantee that!) I will always use this facility for my business and personal storage needs. The staff there is amazing, and cool. I am always treated like a friend there, not a costumer. I would hang out with the staff there and have a barbeque with them all,…. That is,… if my grill weren’t stuck in storage!!!! A+++

Never thought I would be writing a review of storage, but the people here are outstanding! We had some logistics to work out with our moving truck company and the iStorage group at Howell went out of their way to make it all happen like clockwork. They also gave us tips on great food in the area, offered to escort our trucker to the unit if we weren't there, These are really nice people to work with.
