She is always so helpful, friendly, kind, generous, and responsive. The facilities are fairly new and always very clean and well maintained. I felt that my belongings were safe and in good hands. The day I came into the Istorage front office I was warmly greeted by the property manager Sue Hoffmann and not only did she go over and beyond to explain the entire storage process/logistics, but she also provided a high amount of kindness, compassion and support during a time that I was extremely distressed and overwhelmed. She made a difference in my life immediately and helped ease my anxiety and feel better after moving my belongings into my unit. Then I called back today to confirm on the required payment and information regarding my storage unit rental and she again was mindful, kind and supportive and it helped me again feel better during a challenging and distressful time. The property manager is the absolute BEST. She's knowledgeable, answers any questions I have or that mat come up, accommodating and a pleasure to see everytime I visit. I never have to look for her or wait, she responds right away and always makes sure she says hello with a smile. I had a good service event with this company recently. My dad passed away recently and had a storage unt at SecurCare. The property manager, Dean Mason was very helpful and was great to work with.

I had an issue with my credit card being hacked from someplace else and I changed it with moving in, but I guess they never changed it. Whoever I spoke to. George was great. February 24, 2025 We have had a lot for our trailer at this location for over 15 years. During this time it has changed hands a few times and employees have come and gone. Of all the employees we have worked with Rashad is the best. His professionalism and courtesy to all who walk through the door is top notch. When we had a concern a few months ago, Rashad helped us to determine what happened. He went above and beyond what others might do. Thank you, Rashad, for being an outstanding employee!! Each time I have come into the office during the past few months, Rashaud has been very amiable and has a pleasant disposition. He answers questions to the best of his ability, and strives to keep customers informed. Five stars for Rashaud; however two stars for the consistently broken gate which is a GREAT concern. The exit gate is consistently broken in the open position, and it would be helpful to have it fixed and locked. Part of the name is SecurCare Storage. The secure part in my opinion is lacking because of the consistent broken exit gate. I know the company has the control to fix/replace the gate and Rashaud doesn’t; I am sure he would if he could!

I have been using Secure Storage to preserve my deceased mom belongs for over 5 years. We’ve had some issues in the beginning, but management was very helpful. Which brings me to Mr. Delroy. He’s very patient, will not get off the phone until your issues are resolved. He’s helped me navigate through the system and will always answer if you need him. He is an assist to the company and I thank him for all he’s done for me.

Very clean location. The signs inside should have the number of the units on them. Also something on the sign showing we you are. Took us forever to know where to park and then to find our unit. Also I fell on the ice getting out of my U-Haul due to the ice. BUT we loved the carts you provided, so helpful!!

I went into NW Storage to get a larger space and through a few glitches I got the space and moved my items and all was well. Chris, the asst manager was more the helpful. I had way too many things on my mind and to put it mildly I was more than a bit disorganized. He put up with me and all was good. I would definitely recommend this location. My experience with Moove In (Tiffin location) was great. Casey (Manager) is the consummate professional with the added bonus of having a great personality. Very clean units, easy to access, and the location is convenient. If you have a need to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend this location.

I've picked up auctioned storage units a few times from this location. Bill is very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and makes the whole process much less burdensome.

I highly recommend Carley, the property manager at NW Storage! She is very helpful and an awesome person! She helped me choose the right sizes for 2 storage units. One night, when I was moving the rest of my furniture into a second unit, she stayed late, past her quitting time, to help me because I had a moving truck coming, with all my things in it. I don't know what I would've done that night without her help. Also, she knows the area of Redmond, Oregon, well, and she has helped me with things I've needed, like hiring movers, etc. Carley is always willing to help me with all my needs and she is very polite, cheerful, and professional. I highly recommend Carley to help you with renting units at NW Storage. She will help you with all of your moving needs! She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The place is close to my house, however the customer service by Ivy made my choice. I stopped by earlier in the week to buy boxes. She was very personable and easy to work with. She gave me advice about storing old photos and items that are irreplaceable. Honestly, I would have never thought about certain things she proposed to me. She did not make me feel rushed and took time to help me obtain the perfect size container for my current needs. Would recommend 100%

I've had my storage unit with Northwest Storage Redmond since October 2012. They have been great to work with. Carley is very helpful and friendly, I really appreciate her.

The managers were very friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. However the elevator was not functioning so that was a little difficult but the actual problem was the amount of ice on the pathways which was very treacherous and a struggle. Overall tho, I am satisfied with the service and the rate for the size of the unit.

Getting our unit was fast and easy. Our unit was clean, making move in a breeze. Highly recommend.

I had a storage unit years ago, when it was AAA storage and I was there for quite a long time, and it was ran and maintained pretty well Now I'm back renting a unit again but from the newer owner. I've been there a few months I have noticed a big difference in every way with lisa, the manager.She is unreal she actually cares about this place like she owns it. She's very knowledgeable, very on top of any issue and very personable. This new company should value her services very highly. The one difference I've noticed, and it's not her fault at all. Is they used to have a live on site manager. She would be perfect for that. I hope in the future they will consider offering her something of that nature. Keep up the good work lisa. You make it easier to leave your stuff there.
