I'm giving three stars because I'm torn between the 1star i want to give istorage and the 5stars i want to give to Xion. Dude talked me off a ledge. After a system update, my autopay didn't pay my monthly fee. I didn't know this and went to storage to get some stuff. My lock was cut and I noticed a new one on there. I talked to Xion and he said they tried calling me but the number they had on file was a phone number I've never seen. But they had my number correct originally because they've called before. If i hadn't stopped that day, my whole house/life/everything I own would have been auctioned off. Can you imagine!!? Anyway, Xion took more than enough time with me and helped me along the way. I'm not out of the woods yet, but almost- thanks to him. Imagine a system update or someone else messing up your contact info- when I already have another unit at another istorage so they have to have some sort of shared computer. I have to pay a ton of money to get back to being okay, but Xion helped get it down some. I'm seriously considering litigation against istorage for what could have happened. And a shout-out to Marilyn in Deptford. She read my call log and was aghast at what happened. She said she was going to contact her area manager as well on my behalf. She said she signed up someone with the same name recently so I'm wondering if the system update crossed our accounts and I've been paying for his. Anyway, both Xion and Marilyn are rockstars. Not enough lighting. The gate got fixed on last Saturday, very scary situation. We found out it's been broken for six months. A broken storage entry gate where there's a lot of teenagers and young adults is not good!!! Please fix the lighting inside the hall of storage units. Thank you!

Very clean, well-maintained, brightly-lit facility in a convenient location. I've been there for almost 3 years and they have re-coated/repainted the grounds every spring. I had a great experience with iStorage in Sewell NJ. The initial contract process was smooth and efficient and the office staff was friendly and helpful. They explained details in the contract that customers often miss, which from a customer service standpoint is a very proactive approach. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. We opted for a larger, climate-controlled storage unit and it was perfect for our storage needs while we planned our move. Although our moving plans fell through and we ended up emptying the unit and bringing it all back, the contract cancellation process was just as smooth. No hidden fees, no 'gotcha' clauses. Very professional and well-explained. I'd absolutely use iStorage again!

This is honestly the best self-storage location I have ever worked with, and I've dealt with a few - I've even been a self-storage employee, and I have never seen the sort of dedication and personal care that iStorage provides. I was helped by Xion, and she was not only friendly and welcoming, but also helpful , knowledgeable and authoritative in the best ways! I almost wish I need the unit for longer!!! Also, the prices can't be beat! And I've looked around the area. Even the insurance is less that that which is required by Prime and Uhaul.

I can't say enough good things about this particular iStorage location! I called on Friday and spoke to Xion who was warm, friendly, and extremely informative regarding the kinds of units and sizes of units available. Xion gave me the option to do everything online because of the COVID pandemic which was very kind. I booked a reservation online that evening for the type and size of unit that I wanted and received a very prompt call the following day from Diane who walked me though everything over the phone and took all of my information. All I had to do once I got to the facility was sign a few documents. Diane went above and beyond to show me to my unit and let me know if I needed anything at all she would be available. At a time when people can get away with doing the bare minimum, Xion and Diane went above and beyond to show their commitment to their jobs and the customers they serve. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars for them. They are both model employees and a huge asset to the iStorage Washington Township location. I will be telling all of my friends about my wonderful experience!

I cannot say enough positive things about the iStorage location in Sewell. From start to finish the staff was kind, warm, welcoming, accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. My first encounter was with Xion on the phone and they directed me informatively about their climate and non-climate controlled units and the multitude of sizes available. I made my reservation online the night before and the next day received a call back from Diane who called to confirm the reservation and take my information including payment etc. She was also my contact person at the facility later that day to sign several copies of paperwork and she personally showed me to my unit. Overall the staff and experience at iStorage was excellent. I would have given more than 5 stars if it was possible. In a world where people can do the bare minimum, this staff goes above and beyond for their customers.

I've had a storage unit here for about 5 years and have NEVER had a problem. The employees are great and Molly goes above and beyond whenever i have a question or need help. The place is always so clean, inside & out. I never see the girls sitting. Molly and Tna are always doing their best to keep the place in pristine condition.

I have rent from many different storage facilities however I storage in Washington Township is by far the best I’ve ever had to deal with. Their staff go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure you have an excellent experience during your stay at this facility. Not only is the convenience of getting in and out of the facility great but the cleanliness is awesome i’ve never had any issues with rodents or bugs which is very difficult to say in public storage. Keep up the great work I guarantee if I need another storage place you will be first on my list.

I just got my storage unit about 2 weeks ago staff was very friendly and it was super easy to obtain. I have a 5 by 10 unit climate controlled it is a little pricey but you are paying for security and cleanliness. It is worth every penny. So far so good no complaints

This storage location is really great! The office always seems to be open when I have a question. The manager is very helpful and genuinely seems glad to help. This is my first inside storage locker and I will never have an outside unit again! It's dry and (almost) warm when it's nasty weather outside.

It was so easy to rent the unit and the office staff were very helpful. The auto-pay made things very easy. I only needed the unit for a few months while I was in between houses, and when I moved out the office staff responded immediately to my request for cancellation. I highly recommend.

I've been an iStorage Washington Township tenant for almost 5 years now and have had such a great experience. I've jumped from several different size units over the years and have had the smoothest of transitions each time thanks to Molly. I can not thank her enough for how helpful she has been over the years. She's a great face to the location! Sabrina was very helpful when my wife and I needed to rent a space at iStorage. She went above and beyond the call of duty a week later when I took my daughter to rent a space. Due to traffic from an accident requiring a medivac helicopter to land in the roadway, we didn't get to the office until 5 minutes before closing. Sabrina welcomed us in and got my daughter all set with her space well after closing time. We are very happy with iStorage and its staff and recommend it to anyone looking for a self storage option.
