Fast and friendly storage setup! The staff here was friendly and helpful. I was able to easily make an appointment with them. When the time came, my appointment went well. I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. After the intake paperwork was completed they gave me my lock and showed me to my storage unit.

Very helpful, reasonably priced safe storage. I booked in advance, arrived with a moving truck, signed my contract, unloaded and was finished in less than an hour. Exactly what I hoped for.

The only thing I can say is it's a good clean place the doors work really well so you don't have to fight them like some places the only downfall is for anybody that owns a dog that travels with them you can't take him inside the facility not even in your car I don't think that's right.

Had a great experience with this property. I have not moved in such a long time and was nervous to chose a place I would disagree with but this property made everything so smooth and accessible. Definitely recommend this property.

The attendant was very helpful. The facility is clean with good drainage. Security seems very good as well.

Great place! I like how a person is able to take care of everything online when renting a unit. I did have a problem with the electronic signing of the lease so I called the location here. Carmen was FANTASTIC! She walked me through each page while on the phone. In the end we decided there was a glitch in the system so she invited me to come sign in person. Carmen is very personable and helpful. She gave me her full unrushed attention. We took care of everything in a jiffy thanks to her. Today I went to put stuff in my unit - the entire property was spotless... not even a leaf! The unit was clean and the door was very operable. I forgot to mention the office was immaculate, not a speck of dust, very organized, no paperwork piles anywhere! I say all this because most storage places I've been to are far from this clean! I have to say that Carmen saved the day by being so kind and helpful. Ordinarily, if I had a problem with the website I'd just move on somewhere else. Since Carmen was so nice by taking her time to walk me thru everything I decided this must be a good place. Sure enough, it was excellent, just like her. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE... SHE DESERVES IT!

They were out of the office when I came by to check a unit out but with a call they were quick meet me and help me find a unit that fit my needs. They showed me multiple options and reserve the unit I was looking at to give me a day to think about it. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

So far they have been outstanding! They were easy to deal with and the prices were great.

I am very satisfied with this location of RightSpace Storage. I needed a place to store my books, holiday decorations, bike, and extra household items when I first moved to Albuquerque. I continue to need storage space but was able to get a smaller unit at this same location. The location is secure and the unit meets my needs. The online procedures made the process convenient and I am very satisfied with my experience here.

Easy to access and in a decent area of Albuquerque so it should be safe from break-ins. Staff is helpful over the phone and in person.

The folks I dealt with at RightSpace when I first rented a space from then in November of 2021, were very knowledgeable. It was a very stressful time for me and they made it very pleasant. They were very timely when it came to getting stuff out of their email that I had sent. In March 2022, I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit. They made the transition very easy.

I've had a great experience with RIght Space! We have had several units with them for many years now. The place is secure and the people who run it are nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and prices. The only thing i wasn't told was that the office is closed from 12-1. I understand that time is for their lunch but i was new without a gate code and i came a very long way to put my things in storage. i had to waste an hour of my own time. Other than that its great! Lol.

A decent enough storage facility. Has all the standard security features you'd want and all the storage spots are decently sized and provide enough space for your belongings.

We rented a storage unit to store some things while we prepare to move so we chose Right Space Storage. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We selected a unit and within 10 minutes we were finished with the paperwork and on our way. Very easy process and the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend Right Space.

Had a good experience here. Seems really secure and well kept. Had a unit here for a few months while getting into a new house. The gentleman who I spoke to on sight was very friendly.

Way easier to rent a unit than I expected. Very secure, and easy to access. Sales woman was extremely helpful.

I see storage units almost everyday. The place seemed cleaned but if your a rookie driver trying to to make turns be careful it's very tight.

Excellent storage facility, I love the amount of security they have from the gate, to the cameras, to the curfew, all of it helps you sleep a little more soundly. And the staff was very helpful, I originally had severely underestimated the amount space I would need and they recommended the perfect unit for my stuff. A little bit more than I was looking to spend, however I have no problem paying for quality and peace of mind.

Called on a Saturday and had access to my unit in an hour. Front desk staff was great. Got everything done quickly and over the phone. Great experience overall.

Great specials and very fair rental options. The best part is not having to pay the additional charges that most Self Storage areas now charge. Which are usually first and last months rent. Great customer service!!! All the staff in the office are VERY HELPFUL & so NICE!!

Not the cheapest but extremely clean and the most important thing is the gate hours are very accessible open from 6am to 10pm which is very important in my line of work.

The employees are so nice and helpful too. They gave me a great deal and they even threw in a tin of cookies just before I left from my initial signing the storage lease! They even offer renting out their Moving Truck to help move your stuff into their unit! Big Value!!
