It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I I initially went to the office and facility to rent one of these spaces. I was quoted a price that was reasonable and it was definitely going to rent a space. The next day I was busy and I thought if I just call I could go ahead and set it like that. I am so glad I did. The guy on the other end hooked it up tight! He found me discounts that saved me $20 $30 more than started with. I definitely recommend going online or calling directly to save as much as possible. For a space twice as big as my last storage, this has been totally worth it. I'll be here for a while. Thank you so much!

Very clean storage facility. Dogs not allowed, even inside the car. Bring 2 of your own locks. Easy to enter with the code sent by text and email. When I made a mistake on my online lease signing, I was called and it was explained to me how to correct my error. Great customer service. Great price for the size of the unit I needed. The storage space is nice. The only problem I have is the access to my unit. There are pop up campers along the fence line that didn't allow me access to enter with a pull trailer.

RightSpace owns storage facilities and rents out the property manager apartments, so they're our landlord. We only just moved in less than a week ago, but so far our experience has been very positive. It came fully funished with all appliances. Including a brand-new refrigerator. Upon moving in, we discovered the washer didn't work, less than a week later they're providing us with a replacement. They have been very attentive and prompt with all our questions or concerns.
Was pretty much easy to move in was given application, paid my rent for the next three months, explain what I could and couldn't store in the unit. If it was not for the big sand storm we had from one minute to the next, the day before it would taken no more than 10 minutes. To get my code and unit number. Thanks

From my initial meeting with Gabriel and Danny, they were both very attentive, nice and congenial. They answered all my questions and concerns, as well as allowed me to check out the storage facility and spaces available. They provided pricing and told me about their policies and requirements. The facility is very clean, well lite at night and easy to get in and out. The access to I-25 and 550 highway is very easy and a very short distance form the facility. Overall I am very satisfied with this facility and the people that are managing it.

The property manager Robert was awesome. He made exceptional accommodations for us as we arrive in Albuquerque. We were in a bad situation and needed a storage that night and he made it happen. Its rare to get personal exceptional customer service. The grounds are clean and prices are great. Look for their website. You shouldn't be disappointed with your decision to use this facility. I seen boats, rv, cars, and campers stored here. Covered or uncovered parking available.
