It was easy to arrange for our storage, and our storage unit is - as advertised - climate controlled and was not too hot even in some very warm weather. The unit is very clean, no dust, dirt, spiders, bugs, etc... Easy to get in and out, and overall a really good value.

I’ve had two units for several years. (I’m laughing because I see the “add photos” icon below and no way would I show the “mess” I’ve made inside of my units). 😂 Anyway, I always feel safe when I am at the units, even after dark. Russ has always been awesome to work with!!! After one of the hurricanes, we were sent a message to check our belongings I ensure there was no water damage. (All good for me!)

They get 3 stars as they tried to up my rental charge in 3 months? and I been a long over year customer, never missed a payment, not one, but my rate was raised again so i pay more than incoming storage unit owners, that bugs me, other than that, easy access and seems safe

My "stuff" has been a resident here in multiple units for over 3 years. There has never been an incident in regards to security, safety or weather. I actually think my stuff is safer here than in my own apartment. I have nothing but positive things to say about Russ and the staff. I vacated my storage unit this week, reluctantly, because I relocated. The handful of times I needed customer service during the 5 years of renting at this facility (e.g. lost key, expired card, forgotten pass code), Russ performed above and beyond. The facility is secure and clean and I'd still be renting there if I hadn't moved.

I've rented from this location for years and it's been, by far, the best experience with a storage facility I've ever had. I play music and Russ and company have been beyond accommodating for all musicians.

Reasonable rates. Veteran discount. Climate Controlled. Lights and power outlets in hallway. CCTV monitoring and keypad PIN entry. Seems to be open to RV/Camper parking.

Excellent customer service! 24hr secure access. What more could you ask for?

Just had a fantastic experience at Securcare in Morrisville! Russ was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a climate controlled unit at, from what I could find, was the best deal in town. The facility is clean, secure, well maintained and military friendly. They even have free use of a moving truck!
