Kimberly is new manger here and saved this place. I had so many issues with previous management, won't even go into it. But Kimberly is responsive, professional, articulate, and you can tell she cares. Just couldn't be happier with change in direction this place took. The reason I didn't move is most places are like that and it's a pain once you have a full storage unit. Thankfully now it's all good! Would highly recommend this place if Kimberly is there!

Highly recommend! We’ve been renting a unit from Securcare for about 6 months and it’s been a wonderful experience. The manager is amazing and so helpful! It was tough finding a climate control unit in Wilmington, but we’re thankful we were able to get a unit at Secrucare!

I must say the staff at SecurCare Self Storage are relentless at providing assistance and cooperation with their clients. The staff always is there to provide a flawless storage experience and are well suited to meet the customers needs. The facility is located in an area that is convenient for a large area of Wilmington for storage and access. The facility is very clean and well laid out as well. I checked all over the city. this place was the best by far that I could find regarding price location cleanliness and reviews. be sure you reserve your unit online to get the best price.there are no contracts. Lou was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He showed me around showed me the units and explained various procedures to me. In addition he was able to give me a great price. there was only one drawback that I could see and that is that I did not realize if you don't go in and pay for your unit within a certain amount of time your reservation will expire so pay attention to that. otherwise everything was easy peasy

Absolutely awesome people. They were very kind to me and helped me out (despite only needing their smallest storage room for just a month. ) They will work with you and offer a lot of services that are useful. I don’t review businesses often, but I felt the need to say something for these guys. These folks really went above and beyond.

Discount for returning customers and customer referral program! But, please pay your storage fee or at least communicate to management if there's an issue getting your payment in. They're pretty understanding.

My experience with Secure Storage was beyond outstanding! The onsite manager (Lou) is beyond professional, respectable, dependable, and kind. During My very first visit with Secure Storage Lou had assisted us. It really makes a person's day when others maintain a positive attitude while assisting you professionally... I wouldn't rent anywhere else after being here!

For over 4 years, my belonging have been kept safe, clean, and secure at Martins Self Storage. I worried about choosing climate vs. non climate control, and found not having climate control kept my things dry and mold free (good seals on the lockers). Also, during great hardships, living through two hurricanes in Puerto Rico, the staff at Martins sent warm and supportive sentiments that meant a lot to me and my family. We are always well informed of everything that may concern us. The staff are always helpful and so nice. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs, and supplies.

I always felt safe there, even near closing hours at night. They have staff there that live on site, that monitor all activities. Would recommend this place for storage needs.

My brother and I rented a unit from Martin Self Storage. We have had a great experience with them. We couldn't find any other units available in Wilmington, but the guys here(Jonathan, Chad) got one ready for us that someone had just vacated so we could get our uhaul back in time and get out of our apartment. The pricing is fair and the facility is top notch. I wish the insurance coverage was a little cheaper, but that is not an issue. Feel very secure with my belongings there.

Good place. Clean, affordable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Moving truck was a big help, although you still have to pay for insurance and gas. Either way, still a good deal. Only downside is the hours, if you need anything late at night it's not open. Although, most people don't and I guess it keeps your stuff safer. I just tend to be more out and about at night.

Best storage ever! The manager is excellent and will really take care of you.

The storage unit was good. The moving truck also fine. It was very convenient to have the moving truck there at the storage place. The rental cost on the moving truck was competitive with other rental places. So, the reason that I'm giving only three stars is that we had a problem on move out. I thought I lost the key to the lock on my unit. My son was on his way to move furniture from unit so we asked to pay for lock cut by credit card over the phone. My son realized that he had the key so we did not need the lock cut. We asked for the $25 fee to be refunded since we never used the service. Martin's refused. It is against company policy. This still makes no sense to me and seems unfair to not get a refund on a service that wasn't used. We started the process to dispute the charge with our credit card company. The corporate office later agreed to refund the $25. However, it is still company policy to not give refunds.
