The property manager is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen here. He painted the bollards and when I was there Friday he was raking up around the office planting grass seed. He really cares about the appearance of the property and taking care of the tenants. He walked to my unit after getting a ladder to change my light in the unit and was friendly and talkative all the time. You could tell he did it because he wanted to not that he had to. If you are looking for a storage facility, you should really meet Raymond because he really cares. The thank you mints are really yummy also.

Raymond is one of the best manager you have. I needed a unit and wasn't sure about the size so he walked up the hill as I drove and showed me two different sizes. He didn't just point at the picture on the counter. He even asked me the gate code I wanted instead of having to remember more codes. When I was all done he gave me a couple of these tiny little tic tac containers. Again, great service, dumpy looking outside but great person and units are nice.

I used this storage about 5 years ago, under different management; but I had to come back! As always my experience has exceeded expectations and I promise you will get a good value for your money. It’s a very good area, next to all highways and gated. Insides are always clean, with good lighting and pest free. Pretty nice view of the city too! From the moment I called, Bruce was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the different options and even opened several empty storage units to find the right fit for me! He definitely went above and beyond.

I rented a 10X20 unit before leaving for a pre-planned, prepaid vacation and had planned to move everything in when we returned. Our circumstances changed before we returned from vacation, and I no longer needed such a big unit. I went into the location to see if I could swap the 10X20 unit for something much smaller. I explained my situation to the gentleman that was there (Bruce) and he was FANTASTIC! Bruce was very busy (he was in the midst of his month-end duties and looked rather swamped with work), but he dropped everything to assist me. When I asked to swap to the smallest unit offered (5X5), he asked if I was sure about the size and explained that it was rather small. (I wasn’t sure what I needed, just knew that I needed something smaller.) He walked with me to view the size of a 5X5 unit so I could decide if it would serve my needs. I ended up renting the 5X5 unit and closing out my 10X20 unit. I was VERY impressed with the customer service that Bruce provided. He actually took the time to make sure I was getting what I really needed - he was not just trying to complete the transaction so he could return to his duties. He made customer satisfaction a priority, and these days I find that rare. I will return to iStorage for all of my storage needs, and I highly recommend them. I have experienced a lot of storage facilities around town and this is by far my favorite. It’s safe and secure. Very clean. And extremely well managed. Mark helped me figure out some issues, hooked me up with a deal on first month rent and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It helps this is such a convenient location for me but I really wouldn’t rent anywhere else in Cincinnati. Can’t recommend this place enough

I rented a unit last minute on May 23 and the gentleman who answered the main number was very friendly and helpful while starting my lease request. Then the lady who called me from the Reading location was extremely helpful and accommodating to my last minute needs. Very professional and caring crew and I appreciated the great customer service I received that day. The property and units are also clean and safe.

Overall, iStorage is a well kept facility, and management is friendly. Still, there are pros and cons: Pros: -The mixture of storage unit sizes can come with optional heating and cooling. -The lanes between rows of storage units are very wide providing plenty of room for Moving Trucks. -Property is very secured. -A convenient location for people living in the suburban regions of the southeast Hamilton County. Cons: -The facility is sited on a hill making it very difficult (if not impossible) for very large Moving Trucks—the cross country type-to enter the facility. Be prepared to pay movers if your items need to be offloaded onto a smaller Moving Truck. -Entry into the facility is awkward because your vehicle is on an incline making it difficult to enter your code onto keypad. -Try to negotiate the price if you plan to keep your items in storage for multiple years as their cost increase every year varies from reasonable to absurd.

I have received great service. Regardless of who is working in the office when I arrive to pay my rent, they are courteous and helpful.

Extraordinary customer service upon arrival to the facility. The manager shared the efforts that are taken to proactively managing the security of the site with active patrol from local police. When I returned with items to store the manager was actively patrolling the lot. He stopped and recognized the door to the unit I had rented may not be convenient to the items I was storing. He simply offered an available unit with a larger door, just two units down and immediately allowed access. This was an exceptional experience and would highly recommend.

I mistakenly rented a storage locker at the incorrect location and Mark was kind enough to immediately move my locker reservation to their Reading location. He was very accommodating and very helpful.

Place is clean and ok but they raise rent a lot every year.

Very clean and secure. Whenever there is an issue with my unit, they contact me timely and give me time to correct any billing issues. I especially like that I can access my unit anytime, day or night with my security code to the main gate.

The guy that helped me was okay. I needed a storage unit and was in a pinch. I had to move everything from a unit across town to the location off Galbraith. Different company across town. Istorage was great online. They let me reserve the unit and it was quick and easy. Once I got to the location I waited out front for about 20 minutes. I guess the attendant was out putting stickers on doors or something. They left a walkie talkie there for me to call him on. I tried twice and no response. There was a person in a truck that pulled up right after me and asked if I pressed the button. I did so I said I did and we both waited for some time. A third person showed up and pressed the button. Someone actually responded to him. After his contact with the attendant we waited about 7 more minutes. Once the attendant arrived he helped the other two people before me because they were quicker I guess. The person that was waiting in thier truck I guess called in. to complain. Because for the majority of my time there I had to hear the attendant complain about how someone called in on him. He was just doing what they told him to do.I was in a hurry so I tried to ignore the topic. He would start to work on my transaction again but then get distracted and discouraged about how unfair the phone call that was made was. Again being in a hurry I didn't try to comment on the topic knowing it would just further delay my process.. I finally get the unit secured and I race off to help pack up the other unit and start moving things over. I hired movers to help with the trasfer of belongings to istorage's space. Once I saw that they were getting close to finish I left and was going to get a head start at the new istorage unit. So I arrive at the new storage unit and the attendant never to the green lock that the company uses on spaces being rented. So now it is after 6pm . They are closed. I have movers on the way and no access to my unit. I freaked out and tried to find the correct person to call. Since it's after hours the only people I could get a hold of was the new reservation line. She said she would try and get a hold of the district manager and give me a call back. She gave me his number as well. After numerous attempts I never got a answer I ended up going to menards. Where I bought a lock cutter and came back and snipped the lock off. A few hours later the district manager finally called me back. I told him that I removed the lock myself. He said that would be okay given the situation. I chuckled and agreed.

Upon arriving early the next day after the unit was delivered, James was very frustrated to see this. He was not present when the container was delivered. When I arrived, he helped me unload the storage container and deliver the entire contents to my unit, which was placed half way across the property. This took approximately two hours. James not only saved me time and work, but wanted to make things right. James is a great example of the type of person that makes a difference and will earn my business again in the future.

My mom and I needed somewhere to store our belongings while we changed residency. I decided to go with this location and I have no regrets after making the decision. Great location, great rates, and a great staff. The manager was awesome and made us feel like our business mattered to him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Top notch service, would use again and highly recommended!
