This place is awesome!!! I had a unit at the top of their hill. Even though they usually don't loan dollies to customers due to specific policies, they proceeded to give me one anyway just to help me with moving my belongings because I didn't have a vehicle. I just rented a unit at istorage on Madison road and the woman up front her name is Jessica I just wanted to say that I think she is a wonderful employee and is exactly the example that everybody should be when they come to a business. She was very helpful very nice answered all my questions and walked me to my unit she is just the kind of person that anyone would want to encounter when they come in a business. She handles everything just as she should gotta by the rules and does it in a way that some people would get mad about but the way she handles it you couldn't get mad. Such as if she has to tell someone they couldn't use the bathroom due to her having to lock the doors so she can take someone to see their unit she goes about it in the sweetest way. I just hope she gets well taken care of because she sure deserves recognition. If I owned a company I would most definitely pay extra or pay how much ever it took to get her on my team. I'm just saying you don't find good customer service like that anymore. I was very happy with her and with the service. She did everything just as she should have if not beyond what Is expected.

This is my 2nd time renting from this facility. The first time under the previous owners. I am happy to report the staff is just as nice as I remember. The rates are very reasonable for what you get. I had a great experience with iStorage. They were accessible, friendly, and a great way to transition into a new home. It was super easy to step down to a smaller unit when I was ready. I would use them again in a minute.

Clean facility, the temperature controlled section is easily accessible, and well secured. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would change is to have the bathrooms open 24 hours, or at least during the day on Sunday! Overall would happily recommend.

The IStorage on Madison road was very clean. The Manager was professional and explained the procedures to me in detail, when I moved in and when I moved out.

Only issue that I have is, I know I should up bout 10-15minutes before the lady was suppose to get off work, so I felt like we were a bother to her, and I was told on the phone when I called like the 3rd time to apologize for running late, I was told that she was leaving at 6, that she would have to just tell me what to do, but I did get there before closing and it was just unpleasant, but I do take my part and should not have been late, but sometime things happen ...

IStorage Self Storage made the storage process easy for me and my family. It was a professional and friendly experience. I was shown more than one storage unit that may meet the needs of my storage size. I was given the option of a upstairs or downstairs unit, and I was given the information I needed to use the storage facility to meet my needs for storage.

Had no issues with this location. When I moved in the guy working the desk was very kind, and even spent extra time to move me from an outdoor unit to an indoor unit upon my request (I had initially booked online). Move out was seamless. The unit was clean and easy to access, and very secure. Only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is the website experience is awful. It hardly ever works on mobile. Also, to my knowledge there was no way to set up auto-pay, you had to pay all months in advance or remember to pay every month. Also, there's no way to prorate a month if you move out early. However, these issues aren't with the staff and facility, but the company policy/website. Overall very good experience and would recommend storing here.

I, Amy Meyers and Tony Evans rented unit 4009 at least for 10 years! In that time the lady manager was one of the most personable, kind, helpful and professional person I have dealt with in the service industry. In today’s world I really felt it necessary to give a review. I also work with the public and give her so much respect for problem solving to calming people down. Everyone is so very divided and I have to say down right full of anger and ill will. You are very, very lucky to have her because she has the fortitude and strength to deal with unreasonable people and still smile with warmth in her eyes. The only reason I left is becauseI moved to Fairfield Ohio and the drive time was too long. I used to go in and pay and was always greeted with a genuine smile.

This was my first time utilizing a storage facility for an extended period of time, but I could not imagine a better rental experience. The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and proactive. They consistently go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The facility itself is safe, clean, and easy to access. This iStorage facility was exactly what I needed for short-term storage (Jan-Sep). I had an indoor unit just inside the door leading outside, so it was as convenient as having the unit's door open to the outside, but without weather affecting it (leaves blowing in, etc.). The unit was clean when I took possession and remained virtually dust-free for the entire storage time. The gate at the facility entrance provided a level of security but never hampered easy access to the storage unit. Moving can be stressful as is, but it makes a great difference when people are kind along the way. Brenda, was just awesome. Very kind, informative, and understanding of the whole moving transition. Open on SUnday, easy to reserve on-line, very helpful over the phone on my questions. Nicki - the attendant on duty - made checking into the unit super easy. She went through best path to our unit and also ensured everything was ready to go. The storage unit is brand new and extremely clean! the climate control is also top notch (very cool inside) so no worries on being too hot. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

i had never had occasion to rent a storage unit but needed to do so in connection with the renovation of our condo. Nikki at Box Self Storage was amazing and made the process so simple. So simple, in fact, that we rented two units from her. Such a saleswoman! When our movers arrived, she met them with cold water to take the edge off their thirst. The storage facility was clean and new and the codes all worked as they should. The prices were reasonable, but what was really most important to us is how Nikki handled our needs. So far so good! Carla was very responsive and friendly. She had the answers to all of my questions and showed me the unit sizes that were available for me to rent and set up the payment and rental agreement quickly. On the day of our move everything worked properly (code to enter, etc.) and moving our items in went smoothly. They had 2 carts and a dolly available which was a huge help. The only "complaint" is the carts are so long that they can be difficult to maneuver around the corners of the other units. Maybe it would be helpful to have a shorter cart, or to oil the wheels so that they can be maneuvered more easily? But really other than that there haven't been any issues and so far so good.

wow! I never thought I would be writing a review about a self-storage space but the assistance and help I got from Quincy Tolliver made this not just an easy job, but an entirely pleasant job. He hit some snags trying to get my contract set up and he was able to resolve them quickly, he was nothing but gracious the whole time. Several people came in and out of the office to pay their rent while he was working on my set-up and he treated everyone with the same courtesy, friendliness and eagerness to be helpfu. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The staff was very helpful, especially Brenda who was quick to respond to voicemails and emails. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. We often saw staff doing their rounds. They had a great special on our units- first month free. Our movers came with an 18-wheeler and were able to navigate the aisles between each storage building.
