The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because there wasn't any type of carts available to place your items on. I'm 64 years old and I had a difficult time carrying each item from the outside, to my unit, inside. Down a hallway, through a door, then about 25 feet more to the unit. The manager Virginia, was informative and easy to talk to.

I found this place on Google and walked in and Ms. Virginia was so sweet she help so much she even help walked out the boxes and help ne pick the best options for services that I needed. Definitely recommend this place

The manager mark was very helpful and nice when i came in for a storage unit! I have always use this place when i needed to put my things in storage. Different company name in the past but i have never had a issue with this place.

Real helpful and nice

It was very frustrating at first because no one was never in the office. But the employees on the 1.800 number were very helpful and concerned about my issues. When I finally was able to talk to the property manager in person, Ms. Virginia was very nice and helpful which turned my frustrating experience into a sigh of relief. Thanks to everyone who put up with me.

Mr Robert is still doing his thing over there. He works with you when you're moving in and out and he is always professional and he keeps the property up. He constantly checks property, I've been in my unit working and seen him going early morning inspections of the property. Would definitely recommend.

I rented a storage unit at this location for a little less than a year and it was great. Mark was always so helpful and wonderful to work with. Every time I would visit my unit the facility was well lit and clean. I would highly recommend this location if you or some you know is looking for a quality storage unit.

I've been a customer for several months now. The new owner has added lighting for increased safety accessing units in the evening which was really needed. Buildings are clean and mechanically sound. Safety, security and tidiness matter to me and iStorage delivers.

Our family has used Simply Storage in Dayton, Ohio as well as this Finneytown location. We find the staff to be extremely responsive and helpful. The units and surroundings are clean and adequately lit. I recommend Simply Storage.

I have not used this specific facility. But Brianna who normally manages this facility, was Guest managing at my facility in Norwood just recently, covering for somebody else… And she managed to accomplish in 45 minutes something I have been trying to enact for five years! I left a message in exasperation about me not having control over my unit, as it was still in my ex’s name, and all communication was going to him.… as I was told that he had to come in in person to change the lease... which was not happening over many years time. By the time I got there just minutes before closing… She had called him, and emailed him lease paperwork for him to sign off on, and had it all waiting for me by the time I walked in the door just before closing. I was nearly in tears of relief, and so grateful for her professionalism, and taking initiative to get this done. It was an easy fix, and should have been done years ago… And has cost me thousands of dollars in airline miles that could have been on a different card. (I was more than a little exasperated that this was not thought of by somebody else a long time ago) Brianna is agreeable, helpful, takes initiative, cares about real people, knows what she’s doing, and should be promoted. She has the makings of a great manager!

OMG, what can I say.. I was in a Jam my Condo I was moving in somehow was wrecked! I had a Uhall full and nowhere to go, after going completely insane we call Simply Storage. Mind you it was almost closing time, couldn’t had been more than 30 min before closing time and Mark the store manager stayed and waited on me! He was truly like a Father he understood my pain LISTENED To me and made coming there easy painless and he was able to get me a great rate! Trust me when I say this, it’s a million places to store things but when you have a person such as Mark who takes pride in what he does and in helping others, why would you go anywhere else? Wish I could leave 10 stars
