I love istorage Mr. Mark the manager is amazing always willing to help very caring considerate keeps the property and grounds well kept. He is compassionate and cares about his customer I feel he should be able to take over the shiloh springs location he has been dedicated and committed to the store and his customers he is truly a vital part of the company and that what keeps me there.

I called last minute in August to secure a climate controlled unit, I wasn’t expecting one to be available but to my surprise they had one large unit left! The building manager met in person to help me fill out the paperwork and sign my contract. PLUS he took me on a quick tour of the grounds and showed me where/how to access my unit. He was so kind and a pleasure to work with. I cannot speak for anyone else but for me; the company is reliable, professional and courteous. The units are secure, clean, and decent in size. And my experience has been top-notch—so FIVE BIG STARS from me!! Thank you iStorage!

I love istorage man it's real clean and but they have spiders in spiders are my number one but from cleaning this to storage they're one of the best thank you I storage for keeping my stuff safe and clean but the spiders have to go

I really wish I would of come here in the first place. Ricardo was extremely helpful and friendly. He also seemed as if he loved his job and helping customers. He didn't make me feel helpless or as if I needed to figure it all on my own. This is my first experience with storage units, so I needed a lot of help. I am happy with my experience.

I had rented storage units in Troy and moved so I wanted something closer, which led me to rent here. I agree with others that the facility is always clean and the manager, Mark, not only helpful and friendly, runs a tight ship , as one might say, he knows his customers and seems to really care about making sure our units are safe and secure by keeping those that are not renters outside of the gates! I know I really appreciate feeling that my things are safe. Keep up the good work!

Everyone there is pretty cool, the only complaint is the reginal manager. He's slow when it comes to dealing with issues. Also there insurance adjuster is extremely slow at his job

This was the 1st Time being @ this Storage Place. The Storage we used was just the right size for the stuff we had. Plus there was room to get around in it just in case we need to look thru it some things or take something out.

I always seem to use this storage area anytime I need to store things. Very nice person working the desk, very helpful. I have not had any problem with the area that I use no wet items, know theft. I guess it's my go to when I need to store items.

Mark the manager was very friendly. I completed the process of renting a unit in 30 minutes. The interior and exterior of the property were maintained in a clean manner. The price for my unit was competitive with other storage places. The hours for the business office are better than other ones in my area.

There was a gentleman named Mark there at the facility that walked me through the different types of units that might fit my need. He supplies that he sold me such as a lock that I had forgotten to buy. We did the paperwork and I now have a unit there at iStorage. Thank you. Facility looks nice and well kept also.

grandfather has storage here, whole family uses it, only negative is some of the asst managers, do not explain things, not very friendly, very short, office closed,i am giving 5 stars because Marcus has always took time to fix other employee mistakes, i have been running late and he would wait for me, other just got rude.was concerned when I saw the company had been sold ,Marcus reassured me everything will be fine and he will communicate any changes

He showed me my options and told me everything I needed to know. He was a great help. Now I am just waiting on the wife to let me know if downsizing and storage is what she really wants. Mark is a great property manager, the sole reason I've been a customer for almost 10years.

I had been going through some stuff with my gf and ended up having to move out on my own and I was worried about not having anywhere to keep all my things until I had another place for myself, but with a quick Google search I had found Simply and came up there and talked to the guy up there, I know his name was Mark and he had glasses. My tip to anyone interested... Get that guy! If he's not there that day or something, come back another day, just make sure you get him. He was really cool and just chill. He got all his talking points out to me but they didn't feel scripted like you'd expect, like he acted like a normal understanding person, and something about that is super valuable to me Idk what it is. He asked what I was needing the storage for but he didn't do it in an obtrusive way, it was like he had a legitimate interest in my needs almost. Idk man its kinda hard to explain just take my word on it and get his service. The dude was just cool and I gotta give props, so good on you Mark with the glasses
