I feel safe having my belongings there and I feel safe with my surroundings when I am there. I am down sizing my unit. Kevin the manager there is so helpful. He walked me through different options and let me talk with him to figure out what was the best option for me. He’s always so friendly & gives Great customer service. I appreciate Kevin so much! This place was exactly what my family was looking for: very convenient in the middle of Kettering, near major roads, plenty of available units and options, and clean. The staff are some of the best I've ever interacted with, gracious and polite, and I plan to rent here for at least a year. One area of improvement would be the torn up concrete in some parts of the lot; seems like an easy fix and it's an eye-sore and unpleasant to drive over.

My husband just recently rented a storage unit here, and it's been a really convenient and clean location, with a good price compared to others in the area! The fact that it's climate controlled is a big plus, too.

Nice facility with minimal lighting in the storage units themselves. Minimal, however, is better than the non-existent lighting I've seen at other facilities. The manager, Chris, is one if the nicest people I've ever done business with. All that being said, it's very close to housing and popular businesses, so you'll pay for that convenience.
