Overall, very pleased with our experience at NSA Storage. Super easy to get setup online, convenient location and a clean well maintained facility. Paul, the GM, got us squared away with an issue we had with our lock for the unit. A+++ would recommend!

Went in on move-in day, was shown around the entire complex, bought a lock, and feel very confident about leaving my storage with them! The property manager gave us the full run down along with tips to ensure a good experience (e.g. how to not accidentally lock your car in at night!) The units and building seem to be very well maintained and clean as well. Looking forward to further patronage!

Customer service is nearly non-existent in the world today. However, my experience with Paul was nothing less than INCREDIBLE! Paul was very easy to work with and explained the process of getting a storage unit very well. He was such a pleasure to work with. You don't get this type of service much these days.

Great experience renting a unit today. Paul was patient and helpful. I was reluctant to rent here due to reviews about rent being raised often. We will see. I was happy to see a live person to help with my needs. Most other storage companies require you to rent on-line without the ability to ask questions. So far I am happy with my decision. iStorage has been amazing and Paul was outstanding! Was in a bind and needed a unit quickly for my business. Gave me the tour, explained everything, and answered all my questions. He had me in and out in about 15. Very easy experience and would absolutely recommend iStorage.

I just signed on for a unit today and have to say the service was impeccable! Paul was so patient with me. I had specific needs and he took the time to show me as many units as I wanted to make my decision. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've only been accustomed to pull up outside units so he made sure to go over and show me from outside to inside how to work the docks and where best to come in front, I don't think a single detail was missed on his part. And I had some anxiety about all the doors and docks and worried I'd not get something right. He really put me at rest and I feel like when I come back to unload I'm prepared and not a deer in headlights. The units themselves so far seems great. My last outdoor storage unit flooded from a nearby creek first week. Dead mice. Bugs. Spider webs on everything Ect. The outdoor unit before even that one was spiders bugs mice 🤮 So I definitely took note of how CLEAN the units are and the hallways. Really every area was clean. No signs of pest at all! And considering the price from the terrible outside units and this awesome inside climate control unit I'm super happy so far and feel like I will be even after I move everything in. But honestly the customer service I've recieved has been beyond and that really makes experience that much better. Lights in the unit would be AMMMMAZING but there are outlets outside the units close by so if using for business purpose, like I am, you are close enough to have a light can plug in as long as turned off and unplugged before leaving.

Facility exceeded expectations. I have used other storage companies and from what I experienced with iStorage on day one, no other storage business compares. Initial online startup was quick and easy. I was able to gain access that very same day within hours. Very professional. Thank you!

Today I rented 2 storage units from this location. Paul Stevenson assisted us in the process. He made the whole process simple and easy. He was informative and very knowledgeable about all aspects of self storage. I had never done this before. He took us on a tour and showed us numerous units to consider. The facility was exceptionally clean and secure. I left feeling very good about using this facility to store our possessions. I would highly recommend using this location.

The only reason this review is as high as three stars is because of the site manager, Paul. Otherwise, this company is horrible. They increase the rent every couple of months which is absolutely ridiculous. They don't provide notice of rent increases; they don't provide you with monthly invoices or reminders because they want everyone to sign up for autopay so that you don't see how frequently they increase the rent. And, if you're late, the fees are ridiculous. They may suck you in with a good deal, but it's not worth it in the end.

My line of business requires me to have a storage unit, this location is the BEST I've ever experienced!!! The manager Paul is responsive, informative and easy to work with. The location is clean, easy to get in and out of and I'm never worried about my safety. Centrally located for businesses needing to store items. Highly recommend.

Paul, the manager at the Fields-Ertle location is awesome. He is always there to help with the little things. The main areas are always kept clean. The units and the entire set-up are done in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this particular location.

Last minute rental. Office was helpful, Quick and informative. Clean and easy to access.

The customer service agent was very helpful and fast. The online lease convenient too. The doors are a bit wonky...only one opens with the button and sometimes the photoeye works on the way out, sometimes not. And to prop it open there's a rock...kinda hokey and awkward. Plus the parking is not close for heavy items...across a medium-traffic lane.

This is the absolute best storage unit I've ever had. It's inside, easy to get to since I can also pull my car inside, well lit inside and out, completely dry, temp controlled, dehumidifiers running 24/7, and the staff is great too! During a recent move, we encountered a need to store more than a 16' POD could handle. By chance, and much to my delight, I found Box Storage. Drew was most helpful in introducing me to the facility. The place is as clean as a Marine Corps barracks, and the fact that the site is inside and temperature controlled makes it most appealing during inclement weather. "Box" certainly sets a high standard among storage businesses.

Lovely storage units near by to my job. I went in there inquiring to see if possibly they had closer storage units to my home in Colerain. I think they would do well there, considering the competition. Excellent indoor climate control, the facility is gigantic for an indoor facility! Lots of space with a garage area to load and unload!

The girls in the office were very nice and really know there stuff about storage. There is a drive in garage to pull your truck in when you move your stuff in which no other place has!! Beautiful brand new facility.
