It was nice, clean, but lately, tenants are not throwing their trash away. The inside units are never swept up, and it shows possible people living with pets in indoor units. Maybe there has been a management change, I have been using this storage for over 2 years, and some change has happened because it's pretty gross around the units and driveways. As far as security and feeling my items are not going to be damaged and are secure I give them 4 stars, new storage attendant has been working hard to clean it up!

James was great! He's professional and very knowledgeable. There is a major downside to this company. I'm used to 24 hours self storage. The hours for you to get in your unit is from 6 a.m. till 10 p.m.

Super responsive management! Got the unit I needed in a matter of minutes and right in my price range. Upon arrival, the property appeared clean and taken care of... even saw a crew doing a trash sweep, loading it into a truck, and hauling it away. The property was noticeably well lit as we were leaving, that gave me a sense of security. Overall feeling very good about my decision to store here.

One thing about istorage is they have been so good to me and my family. I have reviewed them before and still using them to this day! I wanted to return back to say all this time later and the Customer service is still unmatched! Highly recommended! Very professional.

The staff and service here is great! Cat, the manager, exudes customer service. She quickly replaced my storage light, and she makes sure to take care of the customer in front of her if the phone rings. That is their philosophy and I like that. With that being said, they are prompt with return calls (personally speaking). Nick Cross was equally amazing as he assisted me with a concern all the way to the end. He was courteous, empathetic, and very involved. I will refer their clean facilities, competitve prices, friendly services and i will definitely return if needed. Thank you all and keep it up!

Everyone I worked with was so helpful. They got me set up with no issues whatsoever. I first was inquiring for climate control storage at the Madisonville facility, but they were fully booked. Just a quick phone call to Norwood discovered an available unit in the size I wanted and it was set up right away. I really like the location - it’s easy to get to, at the end of a quiet street, and very easy parking and access to the climate controlled units. I even got an Internet deal plus a reduction for taking a second floor unit instead of a first floor one. We’ve been living with so much clutter all spring and summer as we rehab our basement - which meant the loss of the side room I was using for storage. It’s so nice to have all the tubs out of the house and off the side porch. Plus the unit is comfortable and big enough that I can spend some quality time there this fall going through tubs to sift and sort what I’m going to keep. I’m very happy with iStorage!
