I rented some storage space for a little over a year. They were very friendly easy to deal with billing was very easy. I accidentally missed the payment because of the lost credit card. They were very accommodating about that it was really easy to get caught up. The units are clean access is very easy and ending the rental was very simple.

I spoke to Amber who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, as well as giving great tips on storage; for example, if you’re storing clothes with household items place the clothes in last so that they’re easily accessible if the weather changes before your items are retrieved. I recommend speaking to Amber about your storage needs.

Great storage for a long period of time. I had majority of my house in storage for a couple year, close to 3 maybe. Everything was kept dry and all my items were in excellent condition. Also had a couple times where I had missed payments and they worked with me to keep my items from being auctioned off. I had great experience with Sunshine and she helped me tremendously. Would highly recommend storing my things here again.

Purchased some storage lockers that were sent to auction. Many times when arriving as a winner you are treated as extra work. The smiling face that greeted us was the appropriately name Sunshine. She was very helpful and accommodating. I fell into a situation of having too much stuff to haul away at once, much of it being scrap metal and dumpster worthy. I asked sunshine if I may rent a locker to store the refuse and I would come back to clear it out. She was accommodating, but instead, going way above and beyond, within 45mins she found me a gentleman who scraps metal for a living while also doing refuse removal. She even held the money to pay him once the job was completed. If I ever get to the point where I open a storage facility, you better believe I’m sniping Sunshine away. Thank you!

The facility is great! Easy in and out, unit is well kept and clean. Biggest complaint is how slippery the lot is allowed to be. My father slipped and fell, and I have nearly fallen a few times because the entire row my unit sits at is one slick sheet of ice. Would be 5/5 stars if they had a salting contract to keep customers safe!

Website was easy to navigate and provided enough information for me to make a reservation. In-person, the manager, Sunshine Kimmel, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She showed me my storage parking space and explained all procedures and security features before I committed to paying the first month's rent for an 8' x 35' parking space. No pressure to sign the lease, which is quite lengthy, right there. Sunshine emailed the lease and asked that I review and sign it electronically by the end of the day. I was able to go home and take my time reviewing the lease before signing it and submitting it electronically. Also, the facility, especially the showroom and office area, was well-kept and clean. You could tell that care is taken to keep the facility maintained for its customers. I'd recommend this business to my family, friends, and co-workers.

Nice, the people that lives at the house up front was ok willing to open the gate for me 3 mins after closing but I think it would have been nicer if I didn't get the aditud of I'm wasting there time. They came out of their home to help I didn't ask for help.

They helped us load our car on a flatbed when we were having difficulties. We traveled all the way from AZ to OH, and without them we would have never gotten our vehicle since the towing company chose not to show up. Very friendly and professional. Storage unit was worth the money!

It was very nice and easy to get a storage unit. It only took about 20 minutes to get a storage locker and that includes a ride in a golf cart to look at it. The lady at the front desk Sunshine was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I just got in last night from Georgia and needed a storage unit for my house hold goods and reserved one at Extra Space the following morning and they called me immediately saying they have one ready for me. The gentleman serving me was friendly and helpful. I am sure my time here will be worth it and I'd recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

I just rented one of their larger units with my Mother so we could get some stuff out of our houses and eliminate some clutter. The process of renting the unit was very easy. We have our own access code to get into the property and the manager lives right next door which I like. We did purchase a lock from Extra Space based on their recommendation, but even when they called me back after reserving my unit online they did say that I was able to bring my own if I wanted, The cost of the unit does go up a bit from the advertised monthly price due to the insurance, but I think the cost of that depends on the value of items in the unit. We aren't storing anything of value, just furniture, decorations, and sentimental items. The insurance does cover flooding, but the location is on a hill and the units' floor is raised up about an inch from the ground so I don't think water damage will ever be an issue, but nature has it's own plans! I will update my review throughout the time I have the unit based on my experiences.

Property manager was very helpful in getting me to new units close to one another at a reasonable cost for both. She really went out of her way to get me the best situation possible for me and I greatly appreciate her effort. Overall I would definitely consider this location if you were looking for storage in the Perry area.
