Nice friendly staff that truly seem to want to help. Their facility is protected with individual codes. A recent change upgrading their system was ultimately good, but initially frustrating because the code changed before we were told the new code, and it was after hours. It all worked out.

Gina was amazing she helped me add an extra lock to my unit as I’m in the middle of a break up, and he has access to my unit. She covered all the bases and even offered to get my gate code changed. After doing all of that she also sent me video and picture proof that it would be on there. She’s the hero we all need. Thank you you Gina you a real one 🙏🏽

Heather was very helpful today. I have been under a lot of stress moving back to town from California and she helped me over the phone with my needs and concerns when I didn’t think it was possible. Plus she was very nice.

I’ve had a storage unit at the Trenton location for over two years. I’ve never had issues with bugs or the unit being tampered with. Recently I forgot to make a payment, so my unit was overlooked. I needed something out that day. I called the office, and asked if the lock could be removed that day after making the payment. Cooperate first today me it would take 24-48 hours. Josh was out there taking the lock off within minutes of making a payment. This month Josh sent me a text reminder that my payment was due and Heather messaged me to let me know my payment was received. I appreciate their extra effort.

Josh was extremely helpful and so kind, he was even kind enough to give me the best price available.

The management is top notch period. I’d give five stars to them alone but the facility is on the uprising. The facility has seen some bad people / tenants here recently and management has located the thieves and problematic ones and taken corrective action’s against them. The facility does have new security that covers a vast majority and it covers / does more than the previous systems had . Police units do a nightly check ,and on the nights they do not /cannot ,another manager does. Don’t let general condition the surrounding area make you think it’s not safe. They also offer affordable insurance that covers up 2,3&5$k . Come give it a look if your on the fence but in my opinion the crew running the ship makes the difference. We chose them and have not had any negative points despite the previous reviews.I’ll be giving and update review soon

Knowing today was Christmas the manager of the storage where I'm at came to unlock my storage because I needed in it. I’ve been there since 12/19 they have some amazing employees they go above and beyond I work out of my apartment I do remodeling it’s hard to do I couldn’t without my unit I’m upgrading I would recommend to anyone all of there units yes all that means the ones outside have lights and that’s awesome

I like this place. The attendant is pleasant. Sometimes there are deals. There is a $29 first time admin fee and $9 per month insurance. Seems pretty safe. Clean. Not too many bugs. Always could be less though!

As an antique car collector, I have rented ministorage units all over town, but I have never seen the attention to detail that I experience at the South Trenton location of SecurCare! Every inch of the property is spotless and maintained perfectly. I have been in property management for over 30 years and it is very difficult to find employees who have such pride in their work that they do this good of a job. My hat is off to you and I have signed a year's lease with no hesitation at all.

I love the way they help me out with my unit. Friendly staff that care and not just a job. Used them now twice in the last two years.
