This a convenient location with good environmental controls. But the real reason to store your stuff here is Michael. He is the nicest most professional guy. Always looking out if your payment doesn’t go through. Keeping the place clean and in good shape. He is very knowledgeable about pretty much everything. And an all around pleasure to talk to.

We called to get quotes on a storage unit with a short notice to move in. I wasn’t sure on what size we needed, so Mike was very patient in explaining the size differences and pricing. We have a 3 bedroom house worth of stuff so it was helpful knowing how big of a unit we needed. The prices were fair, the unit was clean and Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Absolutely, one of the best experience's, as far as storage rental ... But, with much more! I arrived, moving out of other storage rental (b.s., lies, thieves, drugs, etc. @ Just Storage 2nd & Cheyanne), and was on the phone with corporate trying to rent before office closed at 6pm....it was 5:54. Michael greeted me and got me in quickly with WAY better unit. The gate hours were MUCH BETTER than M-F 9:30-6, Sat 9:30-5, and closed on Sun!), and the I it's are clean, accessible, etc! Great cust service, location, EVERYTHING! It was about 2x's more than what I was paying, however, WORTH EVERY CENT (just to be out of Just Storage), and would've payed quadruple! JK... Don't get any ideas, Michael...lol. ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS, ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! 👍🏼😁

The pricing for the size of the unit was cheaper than a few others. The Manager was very helpful and professional. He answered any and all questions we had, gave us a tour of the facility, and showed us how to get in and out with our codes. The unit was clean from top to bottom and climate controlled. It is right by my place of business, so proximity is important, but more so I've found everything to be very well maintained and staff to be exceptional, especially Michael. I needed a storage close to where we live, found SecuCare which no more than 10 minutes from our Apartment!! Heather was amazing and the process was easy! I love that it is enclosed and that there is a garage. Open door, open garage, pull in, close garage. Outstanding for privacy. Very clean and dollys are provided, elevator is very spacious. Made relocating my things so easy!

I've been renting here for about a year and enjoyed the location, that it's cost affordable and climate controlled so my stuff isn't ever subjected to the crazy OK weather. The staff is always great too, especially Heather!

This is a well kept, nice, indoor storage facility. The staff are friendly and all the systems and electronics work well. If you decide to store your items here, you should know that like clockwork your rates will increase by 12% at the 6-month mark. And likely each 6-month period after that. I get it. It's business. But it seems to me a bad way to treat your customers. They seem to be banking on the fact that a 12% increase 2x a year isn't enough to get you to want to go move all your things somewhere else. And the sad reality is that, they're right, it's not enough for most people to want to come move their items out of an indoor storage unit. I was able to get my rate brought back down. But be willing to go hat in hand and beg. In person multiple times (Staff is different each day). Call multiple times. Follow up. Send emails. Dog and pony type stuff. The staff will give you the usual, "I can't make those kind of changes. I have to email my district manager." But if you stay persistent, they'll probably bring you back down to your original rate.. For the time being. It's a very nice storage unit with friendly staff. Just be aware that your contract is pretty much forcing you to pay an increased rate every 6 months. If you're cool with that. I think you'll be happy here.

Review #1 4/28/19**I’m very sorry to have to write my disappointment with communication between the call center and the actual site, and disappointment in the call center management. I originally reserved a space over the phone for one month and paid for it. I then saw a first mo free promotion (with online booking only) which I called Elgin to inquire about. I thought there could be some wiggle room considering I had not used the space yet and it had only been a day since I booked. Karen at Elgin was very sweet and accommodating but told me I would have to book for 3 mo to get the first month free. Ok, hm, that wasn’t stated online but ok. I need it for less than a month. She then tried (again super nice and accommodating) to help me with another promo upon my request at the E11st location (where online showed free moving trucks were available). I was then told by a call center rep after I reserved that space online that trucks are no longer supplied in Tulsa whatsoever, and it has been several months since they’ve been available. I wish the site had access to that information before we both wasted so much time. In addition, the one month free promo according to the call center was not pending a 3 mo reservation, no matter which location. I talked to a gentleman at the Colorado call center, Anthony, who was accomodating and patient. I believe he also told me there were free trucks (confused yet?) available but they couldn’t apply both promos. That was fine with me, I would rather have the free month anyway. He let me know he would explain the situation to his manager to see if they would apply the promo for a month free because of the all the complications and conflicting answers I received. It turns out that his manager said no they cannot cancel my order and provide a refund despite the poor communication circumstances. Bottom line: this is where honesty got me, paying over 80$ for a unit that I could have received for free had I not mentioned my extenuating circumstances and just gotten approval for the cancellation and rebooked on my own online(which I would have done if I got correct info from the beginning). Super sad and sorry for everyone’s wasted time and energy and my money. I lost faith in humanity a little today. ***UPDATE 5/24/19 Edited from 2 to 4 stars***When I arrived in person to use the unit it turned out to be an inadequate size with a barrier in the middle. It was also pretty inaccessible, despite what the call center told me. The store manager Clarissa was very accommodating in helping me reserve a larger more convenient unit AND helping me sort through the mess that took place earlier with my reservation. She was new but put forth 110% genuine effort to fix things on their end and work with me to provide real solutions. She and her staff onsite restored my faith in humanity :) Overall, I would recommend Self Secure if you go in person and work with the staff onsite, particularly Clarissa, and avoid the call center altogether. That way you can also look at the units to see what you’re getting and exactly how accessible it is.

Sheri is amazing! I kept my wedding decorations in there for nearly half a year and never had an issue. Parking is private and nice for easy access and things are always kept in a clean environment. Super helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

Sharon and Ruth Ann were both very helpful and informative. They were polite and easy to talk to. The storage areas are clean and well lit. Access for downtown is very easy (although they are off a one way street) but easy to navigate. Their online specials are great. So far very happy with this storage company. UPDATE: Ended the contract as we did not need it any longer and they were so easy to work with. Will definitely use again when needed.

I've had the best customer service by three different Simply Storage offices today. The 1st storage facility was on Brookside and I happenes there because Google sent me to thw wrong address. The lady was lovely and helped me find the location I was looking for. The 2nd location was where I had my reservation. Vickie was amazing and we talked about the space I would need and she suggested the unit I rented was too small. She did not have any of the size I needed and made calls to find a unit of the right size and one that was on special also. So, ultimately I wound up 2 blocks from where I live with the right size unit, on special and climate controlled!! These ladies have been so gracious working with me today and I would definitely recommend any of the locations.

I rented this unit several years ago to store items I inherited but did not have room for in my current home. The staff at the Downtown Tulsa location is very personable. Sharon is very helpful. She will answer any questions, sometime answering them before you ask. I only go to the unit about once every six months, but she always remembers me. This past weekend I took an SUV load of boxes to store. She came out to tell me that the freight elevator was down - they are in the midst of a large expansion including improving the elevators - so I would have to use the smaller passenger elevator. She helped me take my items up to my unit. It took us two trips, each with a dolly-load. That cut my trip time in half! The only downside to this location is that you have to you cannot park next to your unit. This is "inside storage", so you have to park underground or at the loading dock and transport your items to your unit via dolly/cart. However, I feel that my items are very safe this way.

One of the best storage experiences I've ever had. Ruth Ann was very friendly and helpful with setting up the unit for me as well as explaining everything involved. The facility is very clean and well organized.

My brother and I went in and were shown to our unit. Ruth Ann is great, she took the time to show us around the whole complex and made sure that everything was clear. The unit was extremely clean when we moved into it and the climate control was perfect. They even accommodate carts to help you move your stuff into the shed. Excellent experience, would recommend 10 fold to anyone looking for a well priced storage unit.

In their infinite wisdom, Simply Self Storage decided to raise my rental rate twice in 8 months to keep up with "market demand"...... This simply isn't how you treat good customers who pay their rent on time every month. Sharon is always helpful and friendly, and is eager to help in any way she can. She keeps the place spotless and in good working order. So, bottom line, Sharon will take great care of you, but Simply Self Storage is just another greedy corporation that doesn't care a bit about their customers.
