I've picked up auctioned storage units a few times from this location. Bill is very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and makes the whole process much less burdensome.

Have used this storage facility for many many years. Prices keep going up and up under this new ownership. I need to clear out and move my household storage.

It's a great storage.. I felt my things were safe there. With gate codes and the security camera in use..

The attendant was SUPER helpful and a very nice gentleman! I did end up renting a unit from them. HOWEVER, that fact that the "security gate" is broken and has been broken for some time, is cause for distress.

I was in a huge bind the unit we already had was full to the max and it was Sunday evening! I was able to call and get assistance immediately and had another available unit to move the rest of the items that had to be done by Monday morning. Great team and I love how every customer matters! Its a great company to do business with ;-)

Wish there was a grandfathered rate on charge. I have had my unit for many years and the price is increases are getting to be too much. I will have to get mine emptied soon.

I price is a little high, they are disorganized, and I don’t like that the codes gate was broken for months! And no one called to tell us, and we were still paying full price as if it was completely secure! I pay for the security.

This is a great site for storage. Not only is it clean and kept up, the units are set up in a way that has (*knock on wood*) kept the recent flood like rains, as well as the snow and ice, from hurting any of our belongings in our units. Bill, the site manager, has been a wonderful asset for us as well. Any time we've had a question he's been right there and helped us without issue. The previous manager had a lot of issues when it came to getting her on the phone, but not Bill... he's always there whenever we need him and always ready to help. My family and I also have a unit at another facility and we definitely prefer to deal with NW Self Storage Amity (and Bill) over the other (non-branded) facility. Thank you Bill for making it such a great experience for us!

Very nice and helpful. Accidentally got a unit at the wrong location and at first the call center was confused on availability at the location I wanted and told me there was none left, but the amity office was quick to call me personally to help change my unit and get me where I wanted to be.

Bill was great. He helped resolve problems that several others weren’t able to and he did it in a timely professional manner.

In a world full of horrible customer service and rude employees, it was so refreshing to interact with Bill at the Amity location. When i would be late paying, he would call to remind me my bill was due without judgment. I could hear the smile on his face. Also, he was so helpful when I needed to switch from a larger unit to a smaller unit. He found me a convenient close by unit to make the change very easy for me. I have been working very hard to clear my storage out for years and had made many trips. Every time I interacted with Bill, he was always welcoming and friendly with a smile always on his face. His accommodations and great customer service will have me not just recommending the location, but God forbid using NW Self Storage again if needed. Also, units felt safe and were clean.

When I used the self-serve kiosk to obtain my unit there were some systems issues and the system assigned me a unit at a different storage location and it did not issue me a lock. I called and spoke to the manager, Bill, who went above and beyond to not only secure me the unit that I needed despite the fact that getting me set up was going to cause them to stay later than their office business hours. He was very genuinely apologetic while getting me set up and he also was able to get me a discount for my first month of storage. He then also followed up with me multiple times to make sure that I'd been able to access my unit without any additional issues and it was obvious that he cared a lot about providing an excellent customer service experience. The unit itself was clean, dry, and easy to access until later in the evening which made me feel comfortable knowing that my items weren't going to get damaged while stored and that I'd have time to access the unit when I needed to outside of my work schedule. When I was done needing the unit I had a credit remaining on my account and Bill was able to get me a refund issued immediately. I would be hesitant to use the self serve kiosk in the future until /unless technical issues had been resolved but I would absolutely use their storage services in the future knowing that my items stored there would be well protected, for the ease of access, and especially because I'd know that if I had any service related issues they would be addressed immediately and addressed in a way that would leave me feeling like my business was wanted and appreciated.

Dan at Amity Self Storage was incredibly helpful to my family in an emergency situation facilitating us getting homegoods moved into a storage unit when we couldn't be there ourselves. I was moving from Eugene Oregon and got behind schedule, I had planned to rent a unit from newberg and wasn’t to excited about it seeing as I was moving to Mcminnville. It was 4:30 and I was coming threw Salem when I called. They had exactly what I needed. 10$ cheaper then the newberg facility. I explained my situation and that I was in Salem I most likely wouldn’t make it there in time. Which I did not. I made it by 5:05. I started using the electronic kiosk in the employee that I had spoken to with previously on the phone pulled up. He had came back just to help me, not just that but the Uhail I rented didn’t have the dolly I paid extra for and the employee let me use there for free!! There prices are just about the same as everyone else but I like that you have access to the kiosk to pay your bill and speak to customer service.

Amity Self Storage has been great. Sarah the manager has been a huge help as we are relocating back to Oregon. We had to store our things there for a few years while out of state, and we came back to see our things in great shape, no pest or moisture issues, which was one of our worries.

I called Amity Self Storage today and inquired about a storage units and the terms. The employee that answered the phone, Sara, was very respectful, knowledgeable, polite and patient with all of my questions. She got me all of the information that I needed to compare prices with other businesses. If the other prices are comparable, I will definitely go with this business because of the friendly and exceptional customer service. Thank you Sara.
