Bryley was very helpful and overall pretty great. Came in in a hurry as a walk-in and a just a few days later ending up having to switch units to a larger size. Bryley was super nice in helping me out with all of this and made the moving process very easy. Big thanks.

The staff member Bryley is always incredibly friendly and helpful with our crews and customers during the process making the move/ loading process a breeze. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure, with 24/7 surveillance, which is also very reassuring to both of our customers! We rented two units for a few months while relocating. The manager, Briley W., was always responsive and helpful. We liked the location because there's a resident mgr. and its being next to the Bend FD and in a high traffic westside location seemed to offer little more security than other storage sites.

Friendly and helpful in choosing the right unit, assisting with access when I forgot my entry code, answering questions about options, etc. It's lovely to engage with a service that is welcoming, kind and personable. The location is great and the unit layout is designed to easily access each unit. Adequate space is provided to drive onto the lot without tight squeezes between buildings and vehicles can enter and exit by making a loop around the buildings providing for easy traffic flow. All in all, it definitely qualifies for a 5 star review!

Northwest Self Storage, and the Property Manager, Bryley, have been wonderful to work with for our storage needs. When we moved to Bend we had had countless issues with the moving company, and she was the best thing that happened to us in the process. Her kindness, willingness to help in any way she could, and her recommendations on how to deal with our over-abundance of furniture. Storage has been a way of life since I've been van living and traveling. The experience was nothing but good and was really impressed by the manager Brylee who was a multi- tasking and hard working despite the brutal heat outside . We were greeted with class and humor and really appreciate the professionalism she displayed. It was much needed after a 2 year bummer from a place known for truck rentals and not there storage ! Everything fell into place and the secure feeling can't be matched for 2 reasons #2close proximately to police sub station and #1 the boss living on property . Finally at a solid spot and psyched about that.

Just relocated to Bend- downsizing but our goods from storage were delivered and it was an “ oh @&$£#” moment as those goods once filled a substantially larger home. Needed a storage unit ASAP! We were referred to NW Storage and contacted them. They had a unit open up- I show up and the manager there ( Dale) welcomed us back. He showed me the unit ( it was very clean) and it was perfect. He offered to help me unload if I needed it! He was completely focused on our needs and making our loading/unloading easier. That’s client service! He is Veteran-friendly and a good guy- on top of that he has very secure and very well kept storage units. Choice is simple in my opinion. Only drawback is the units aren’t climate controlled by anything other than Bends great weather!
